The food is better at other Braum's locations. Service was good. Fries not hot or crispy and burger was a bit dry and bland. They don't have fry sauce at this location.
I ordered chili, fries and a chocolate milk shake. It was delicious. They had a grocery section too. I find it interesting that a restaurant front would sell groceries. There wasn't enough space for dining in.
Braum's is always good. I splurged with a friend on a banana split today!
Of course, the traditional way-it was like bringing back fond memories of my childhood. I also had the chicken sandwich on another day, and who knew they made a great one!? I'll be getting it again. Of course, their burgers are always good also. Don't forget the milk to take home-pretty much the best milk on the planet. Go Braums!
Kitchen staff is quick, accurate, polite, and attentive. The store could be a little cleaner. Had gone to Popeyes first and waited and waited and we left.
Cappuccino chunky chocolate is the best! Also their grocery area has almost anything you'd need on a short grocery trip. Their meat looks better than the stores.
The establishment is a bit outdated inside. That's my only complaint. That should speak volumes. Always good food, good location, fast and friendly service at this location. Food is usually piping hot, tastes great, and you get what you order (especially good for those who request special features to their order, e.g. plain, no pickles, ketchup only...etc,.). However, if you do encounter an issue, the staff is more than willing to rectify the situation. The market (small grocery store) inside is also adequately stocked, retains decent pricing (per today's standards...ugh I KNOW), and has a decent selection. All in all, generally a good choice for quick meals. Also, a MUST try for those traveling from outside of the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Missouri area. Stop by and give it a go.

Ish. Their ice cream was good but the store was dirty and kinda gross.
Its weird, too, they have like a grocery store of Braum's products in the front part of the restaurant. Convenient, I guess, if you wanna take home some Triple Berry Peach Ice Cream.
I think another location would prolly be a better bet, this one was in a kinda sketchy part of Ft. Smith.
There isn't a fast food restaurant that compares!! The cleanest food, drinks, ice cream and milk! Definitely worth every penny I've spent over the years! I love Braums!!!
