I use this service fairly often. There’s some great drivers that do their job perfectly but that’s overshadowed by the drivers that regularly throw out wildly inaccurate wait times and can be extremely rude. I’ve missed multiple appointments and been late to work on multiple occasions simply due ti drivers saying “twenty minutes” and then taking up to an hour.

I will be contacting my lawyer As she filed a police report already.NO ONE should be harassed and disrespected especially a woman she was traumatized. My mother has used this taxi service since moving up north and some of the drivers have been extremely rude to her. I get a phone call tonight from my mother who is very disturbed by her recent pick up. yelled at her called her horrible names and she got kicked out of the cab.

Very unsafe drivers. Darted out in front of me in a roundabout. I honk. He stops in the middle of the roundabout, gets out and starts yelling at ME! After thirty seconds or so of that he gets back in his taxi and just sits there. No one can get around him and by now there are eight or nine vehicles behind us. He proceeds to just sit there for another minute or so. Lunatic driver. Don't trust them to get you anywhere safely.

One driver is verbally abusive swearing and yelling. Very angry man.

They were so amazing and I would definitely use them again. Very reasonable prices.

We used this service to go to and from the bar. On our way to the bar the driver mentioned we should prepay for the ride so we get picked up on time. They simply asked us to call 30 min before bar close so they knew when to get us. We did as they asked, and the driver decided to bring someone else home from the bar 5 min before bar close leaving us waiting for 45 min after close. This company has zero customer service and no idea how to admit they were wrong and resolve an issue. I for one will never use their service again. If your going out in brained book a cab in advance so you don’t get stuck with these guys.

I called a cab and when they showed up, a bunch of girls hopped in and it took off basically telling me to go F-myself. I tried calling another and the guy was super rude to me

I have only left 2 reviews in my life but this needed to be out there so people know. I took this taxi service 3 times this weekend. The first two were fine. The last I had an extremely urgent matter to get to and out of the 3 places I checked with, Brainerd Area taxi quoted me the shortest wait time which was 10/15 minutes. I was outside ready and waiting and 35 minutes later she shows up. When I called at 20 mins into the wait, she still hadn’t even dropped off the other person. By this time I was already very late and upset. The trip I took was only a few minutes and when I took the exactly same one the day before it costs $15.50, which was what was on her meter. When I go to pay, she charged me $25!! I would never use this service again. Sometimes people have time sensitive matters and you need to be honest about quotes AND charges. Highly do not recommend.
