it was fine like a normal experience but they explained their offers really weirdly to us which almost confused us but it wasn’t too bad for the price. the only issue i kinda had was a lack in choices for balls as they start at 8 which usually at other places start at 6 or so; the balls are also chosen manually for you and are the same at every other lane so you can’t choose whether you have a small, medium, large or extra large ball. the bowling balls are also SUPER greasy and the arcade doesn’t offer much choices.
We had a good time for one of the little bday but that didn’t come without some issues. Many of the games didn’t work and took the kids tokens which is frustrating. We were running out of time already so having to go to the bar and wait for a resolution would have taken more time then we had so we just took the loss, and it was a lot. We did laser tag which was a blast but when we exited they had turned the monitors off so we couldn’t see who won. Overall it was a good time the kids enjoyed it and that is all that mattered to us.
Been coming here pretty consistently for awhile. I love the environment, I’ve met some really cool people coming here! Really fun during the week especially when there’s leagues going on or when they’re practicing! Thursday is the day to go if you want to be in that type of setting! Everyone I’ve talked to on the staff team is very professional, friendly and welcoming! They have great service and keep the place nice and clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.
This place was so much fun! Drive by thousands of times and wanted to try it. I finally did when some plans changed but we still wanted to go out with our youngest almost adult kid! The bowling alley had so many lanes, the food was good drinks were great and the employees were so nice! Seem clean to! The arcade was a blast, love love the snowmobile racing game and the huge claw machine so much fun! This place more than made up for our night that was canceled last minute and almost ruined our night and our daughter had drove over an hour a half to go out. Thank you! We will be there again! To all employees that worked that Sunday you all were amazing and the customer service was awesome!
This is just an ok place. There is a lot of bowling and they fill it up meticulously, although it was almost empty when we came in and they rang up the games weird. In a group of 4 we wanted to play two games and instead of splitting the games like most places, they rang us up as 8 people. It’s around $10 a person per game. I normally go to places that charge per hour not game so I am not sure if this is expensive. The food is EXPENSIVE and they serve alcohol but my friend got a beer for $10! The staff that rang us up for food also didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the girl that did had seemed to disappear. Overall it’s just ok
We had a blast at Bowlero Brooklyn Park! We hosted our 3 year old son’s birthday party here and the staff was awesome! The experience was beyond exceptional and the staff went above and beyond for us. Special shout out to Danielle for helping me through the planning process and Carla the on site manager and her staff for making our experience nothing short of spectacular while handling our many requests and accommodations as well as a big thanks to the security guards Kara and Chuck for helping us get in the door and situated and even helping our disabled guests! Everyone in our party enjoyed themselves and we all loved the location and the staff. We will definitely be back!!!
Loved the atmosphere of the lounge! Was able to rent it out and celebrate a grand birthday party. Employees were attentive to the guests and helped make the party feel like it was out spot with creative details with decor. They even let us run past out time without making us feel like we needed to be out, not pushy at all. Bartender was excellent and made to make all out crazy shot/drink request. Very outgoing employees and not to mention how we were allowed to bring in our own little band for music!! Even tho we only rented the lounge, they still manage to fit in groups for bowling, helped discount arcade cards and allowed the groups of kids with laser tag! Love this place, will return! 10 Stars.
Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. The service was terrible, we had no waiter come to our table, we ordered food and it was given to another table and when we tried to figure out what happened we were given a bad attitude. It felt as if nobody wanted NOR CARED to help us out. We are really understanding people and I feel pretty easy for the most part, however, it was just disappointing. Despite getting a refund back, it was really bad costumer service.
