It’s not east side San Jose but it’s close. Wish the prices were a little better and soup warmer. $7 orange juice had more water and sugar than real juice. Eggrolls are clearly from frozen. All in all great place because it’s close by my work
Cozy place for Pho. Unsure how to review this as I have mixed feelings about the food & setting.
PRO:

CON:
-$15 Pho, pricey
- Large Pho just really isn't large (more like a medium)
- "Raw" filet mignon came cooked. Makes me wonder?
SUMMARY:
Not the cleanest Pho place (but which ones really are clean). I really want to try places that are local and not necessarily with high Google reviews. But this one just didn't wow me.
When you get a couple of bowls of Pho & 1 spring roll and the bill comes to $50 with tip, I just have to pass next time.
I had the combo pho, and it was pretty good. The soup was comforting and the meat was nice though perhaps a bit too many fatty parts. After tip it was about $17 for a large bowl. I could not finish the noodles.
Service was really quick. The soup and portion size was much better compared to other places. I got a sparkling lemonade for the first time and it was delicious! There was an option between red or green thai tea, we took red.

There must have been a change of restaurant ownership or chef because NOTHING tastes or looks the same since our last review!

For a small restaurant, we were surprised n happy how delicious n authentic Vietnamese foods it serves. Serving sizes r good n prices r competitive. Spring rolls r especially fresh n tasty!
Rich and flavorful beef broth. Tender, quality meats and fats. I’ve tried few other pho spots but the broth here is unmatched. Lots of other dishes I have yet to try. Take out is easy as well here.
Been here many times and it’s consistently good every time! I always get either either the meatball or combo pho and the broth is some of the best out there. Service is good as well they are always super fast and nice. One of the best pho places in the bay.
Excellent food! Don't be scared w the menu and how it looks. Just order everything. It is fresh and very flavorful. We had the beef pho and the vegetarian bun. also had the shrimp spring rolls and the vegetarian spring rolls. YUM!!!
