Best WLM Reviews
From the outside, the entrance was quite uninviting, and I wasn't sure if the place was even open. Once inside, I found the restaurant to be very large, but the atmosphere was a bit daunting. The host desk was situated all the way at the back, and there were no clear signs indicating what we were supposed to do.
Despite the initial confusion, the staff was friendly and helpful once we found them. However, we did sit at our table for about 10 minutes before anyone came to speak to us.
On a positive note, the food was excellent. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot-on. We split a biryani, and even with sharing, we had leftovers to take home. Overall, while the experience started off shaky, the quality of the food made up for it.
Food was absolutely delicious. They can adjust the spice level to your liking when you order but they have plenty of options, all the traditional dishes and it is all very delicious. You will not go wrong with anything you order. Keep in mind though that for someone who eats spicy food, level 3 was a bit much so we had to get some mango shake. It is an enormous space so I am sure it gets booked for a lot of parties and celebrations. For some reason the bar was closed but we saw some servers still making drinks, except our server. We still had a great experience and this is a fenomenal Indian food restaurant.
Ordered chicken 555, malai kofta and goat biryani. Chicken 555 was amazing and malai kofta was delicious too. Goat biryani however we didn't like
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of trying the Chicken 65 Biryani at Bowl O Biryani, and it was fantastic. The biryani was incredibly tasty, with just the right amount of spice. The service was excellent, and the ambiance added to the enjoyment of the meal. The management’s positive and responsive attitude made the experience even better. I will definitely be returning soon!
A hidden gem. Very non-descript on the outside, but has a great atmosphere inside, the staff is very courteous (a rarity these days), the food is truly excellent, there is Indian music playing in the background, the place feels like a lounge. It's never busy the few times we've been here. It stands head and shoulders above other Indian restaurants in the vicinity in my opinion (and we've been to several with higher star ratings and were severely disappointed, so keep coming back here).
I recently dined at Bowl O Biryani. The food was outstanding—flavorful and perfectly spiced. The service was prompt and attentive, and the ambiance was welcoming and comfortable. The management was very responsive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious biryani and a great overall dining experience.
Excellent Indian food!! We ordered the classic butter chicken. Perfect flavor and color- not too creamy. We couldn’t get enough. The garlic naan was so fresh.
We also ordered paneer dosa. Generous shareable portions. The masala chai was excellent. Comes unsweet with sugar on the side.
Services was good. Slightly slow to get someone’s attention at first, otherwise attentive. Spacious and open. They will start having lunch buffets end of June 2023.
Average prices.
This place was such a surprise! We had seen it on TikTok couple of times and we live in the area and went to check it out the first time and we got to the parking lot which was empty all businesses in the plaza closed down, the restaurant looked like it’s boarded up so we thought they had closed down and left. Few months later again in search of good Indian restaurant in the area we found it on google and it had 4.5 stars recent reviews so we decided to go check it out, got to the plaza and realized it was the same boarded up restaurant. But this time we saw 1 person enter. And I said let’s give it a chance and go in. To our surprise the place is really big, good for celebrations and parties. It was pretty empty so we were still skeptical but we saw people come in for take outs. The food is absolutely outstanding! The fusion chicken was perfectly crispy garlicky and peppery with hot pepper flakes and a really delicious mix of spices - probably my new favorite and much tastier than chicken 65. The chicken 65 was ok, nice and crispy but lacked flavor, kinda washed up. The goat keema according to my husband is fantastic and reminds him of his childhood. Indeed it was tasty but a bit too strong and heavy of a lamb flavor for me and quite oily, however my husband rated it 100% and mind you he is a keema fan and expert. The cheese naan was nice but not too fluffed up, the cheese is inside the dough so won’t let it rise up, it was delicious nevertheless but more like a paratha with cheese filling. The star of the show is definitely their biryani line up. The goat dum biryani is out of this world experience where each grain has flavor and aroma and exceptionally fluffy separated not sticky not oily not dry, nice soft moist and flavorful with magical biryani spices. The goat meat was thoroughly and perfectly marinated flavored and super tender and juicy and aromatic! Definitely the best biryani I’ve tried in the US and I’ve tried other states too. The exceptional food was topped with exceptional aromatic masala tea and masala coffee, both extremely flavorful and aromatic with thick consistency and very fresh. This is definitely our new favorite restaurant for Indian food and we are lucky we are so close!!! Can’t believe we left the first time :).
