Spending time in TN we took our doodle to this groomer. BOW WOW. It ended up a horrific mess. After 3 years of grooming every 6-8 weeks we have never ever had such a terrible job. I called and talked to the "supervisor" and there was just excuses for a spot on her chest shaved TO THE SKIN, and uneven cut across her back. They offered to "fix" it if I brought her

back but we were unable to get there and will have to look to another groomer to "fix" this mess. People make mistakes but I have not received any consideration for the terrible cut. I have emailed twice with no response. In their defense we had taken her there before while visiting in TN and it was an acceptable cut, but this one is UNACCEPTABLE. I have requested but not rec'd a refund or any compensation for this experience so I have decided to warn anyone else that may think about using them. They have several groomers so if you do bring your dog there, it will be knowing that you are taking a chance getting the wrong one. I will attach photos.

I will be talking my dog back to this spa. They greeted warmly as if they knew me for a while. I was pleasantly surprised to know that all the ladies knew my pup from the shelter. Thank you for a great experience!

I just tried to call to reschedule an appointment that we couldn’t make and the business phone was not working. I just tried to call to reschedule and they were going to charge me a rebooking fee. I told her she can keep her fee and she can keep her services to herself we will no longer be participating in this organization ever again. We’ve been going to them for over eight years and yet we’re gonna be treated like this after eight years, I suggest you don’t take your animal there, because the girls have no clue how to run a business. They’re good with the dogs, but they have no clue how to treat the owners .

Bow wow is a wonderful place for dogs. They have grooming, daycare and boarding. The people are very pet friendly and my dogs love it there. I trust them very much and highly recommend

I have boarded my girl Lucille there for about 2 years now. They are an amazing staff. She has arthritis and sometimes has trouble getting around . They treat her so well. I love the open area she has to run and play in when she feels good! They are all very kind, caring and animal loving people! Jessica is the owner and she is amazing. I have just called and book several weeks boarding with them. Holidays fill up fast for boarding so be sure to get your reservations in early. I absolutely trust them with my girl!! I am a worry wort momma and have an unusual schedule of feeding time. They accommodate me fully!! Look no further for a boarding and grooming facility. They have given my baby girl several baths as well. I also love how on the holidays they take and post pictures of their babies dressed up!!!

My boys transform to adorable, and get so much attention there. And just like Cheers, everyone knows their names!

I gotta tell you that we are 100% happy with Bow Wow. We boarded our dog for 1 night to try them out and were very happy. I can tell our dog had a great time because all she has done since we got her home is sleep.(lol) Staff is super friendly and ready to answer any questions that come up. ????

My dog bucky has been through several times for his grooming and I've left happy each time!
