Read if you have concerns for senior dogs or pups that have had rough times at groomers before! (Sorry for long post, but worth reading! Skip first paragraph for ‘actual’ review, the post needed a back story for full effect.) I’m sure one protective pupmom/dad will read and understand my love for my pup and why I LOVE and TRUST this groomer so much.

Honestly, these ladies are AMAZING. I am VERY protective of my pups. I have a senior 13-year-old who is my soul dog (raised from a puppy with me from day one). We had a groomer who sadly pasted a couple years ago who adored him, possibly more than myself, which caused us to have to find a new regular groomer. She had been with us for more years than I could count, so it was a hard change for both of us. He has had lots of trouble in the past with groomers going too fast with him. At this point the old man cannot move like he used to for his nail trims and private area cleanings nor can he stand as long in the bath, due to health issues and just natural age. He needs people to accommodate and be patient with him because of age/health issues and disposition of giving only one chance to the ‘grooming humans’. I have been asked not to come back due to his behavior by more places than I can count (He never hurt anyone, nor bit. He would get loud and not want anyone near or to touch him after getting touched in a sore spot, or just feeling uncomfortable. The groomers would insist on muzzling him for safety almost every time I brought him in. I beyond understand/respected them waiting to keep themselves safe and did not go back to any of the said places. (Also have him fully muzzle trained so that did solve the problems during the grooms) That being said;

BOW WOW GROOMING IS THE BEST!! They took BEYOND GREAT care of my old man! My experience with them from the very beginning to end was beyond different from every other place I tried. They asked what they could to accommodate him and especially took the time to listen to my concerns and instructions during drop off. Of course I was nervous leaving him, they kept him longer than I was expecting and called to check on him. They immediately answered and told me they were taking longer due to giving him breaks and letting him laying down so HE would be comfortable. (I may have teared up a bit on that call) I was able to get him after 3 hours, which shows how much they respected his time/needs and boundaries!! As I walked in to pick him up he was LAYING DOWN taking a NAP on the table happy as can be. I have never seen him so happy and comfortable with people he had just met that day, let alone the ladies that subjected him to ‘grooming torture’ (as he reports to me on the way home). They told me he did so well with them and was the sweetest boy, and NEVER needed the muzzle, even though I told them It might be necessary and could use it. I couldn’t have found better people to give a deserved spa day to the most important fur baby in my life! Thank you Bow Wow. I am a FOREVER customer! :)

Buffy and I adored this place, they were so sweet to us and made her look fabulous! Already booked our next appointment!

Hazel loves getting groomed here. She is always excited to see her groomer! They are so friendly and do an amazing job. She's still a puppy, and they treat her like one of their own! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a great dog grooming experience, stop looking and try out Bow Wow Bouffant. I've not seen my border collie look (and feel) this good in ages! I'm neither related nor acquainted with any of the groomers here (until today), so I'm giving you my honest impression with Bow Wow Bouffant. They're great at what they do!

They took awesome care of our girl! Very professional, got us in on the same day due to a cancellation, and completely made our girl look great.

She got four compliments in a row when we grabbed lunch with her after her grooming. She looked so much cleaner and overall well maintained once they got done with her. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing, I brought our 9 month old Shih Tzu Eevee in for her first grooming and it couldn't have gone better. The ladies were very nice and Eevee looks wonderful. We will definitely be back !
