Great selection of bourbon. They were out of bacon preserve on our first visit and substituted pork belly on the house burger.. The egg, pork belly, and smoked gouda became the best burger I have ever eaten. Ask to substitute for the pork belly. The deviled eggs are a delicious appetizer if you like deviled eggs. Great views over the river. The staff is super friendly. Both times they seemed under staffed and made small mistakes, but nothing that ruined the meal. 4.5 stars. Definitely get the bread pudding. The bourbon sauce needs to be bottled and sold. The kitchen steals the show at this restaurant
Great lunch spot not too far from a number of the distilleries in the area. Two level deck out back, small dining rooms inside, and, of course, a bar loaded with bourbon. Pretty standard pub food, but the fried baloney was really good as were the fries. No one had a bad meal and the staff was very friendly. Parking in a nearby lot just under the bridge.
Reservations were full but the owner/Chef stopped us and took us to a table outside! Super kind & Terrific food & atmosphere! Cleatis was a wonderful waiter! Recommend the tasty salmon dip too! We will be back!
Wow! I'd easily come back here. Food was excellent, there are a LOT of bourbons to choose from and they are all reasonable prices for pours. The atmosphere was excellent and the service was good. They were slightly understaffed which made some things take longer than I would've liked, but it didn't ruin the experience at all.
Brit, Clarence, and the whole staff went above and beyond for us! From the welcoming Cheersesque atmosphere and the perfect drinks, they took our first experience to a whole new level. Thank you all for the most amazing night in town!
Fantastic food and wonderful view from the patio. We drove up from Jackson county (about 1.5 hours) to meet some friends and enjoyed the experience so much we'll make the drive again.
We each got one of the specials; the Big Bologna and the Taco Quesadilla. The bologna blew our minds!
I am from Indiana and am in town for work. I had a great experience here. Everything from Rachel greeting me and taking me upstairs to mickie serving and making suggestions for me. The food was JUST enough. I am not too full and I am not still hungry. I can still walk around and explore. Thank you for the amazing dishes and service. I appreciate you all.
I'm not a drinker so I can't comment on their bourbon, but the list was extensive! The hamburger was outstanding and perfectly cooked patty. The fish and chips were so delicious and hit the spot. The batter on the fish was well seasoned and crispy without being greasy. The fries (chips) were extra crispy. I'm not a fan of bread pudding but their chocolate chip bread pudding with bourbon sauce was a slice of heaven! The customer service was top notch and the view of the river made the experience all the more amazing. Can't wait to go back!
