Josh is the best in Jax!! I have gotten three tattoos with him and heading back for more. His work is unbelievable.
10 out of 10 recommend this shop! Owned by a Jax native and he does amazing work.. more than just tattoo work. I've seen this business grow so much over the last year and it's so impressive.
And the tats I've gotten here (Marie) have been some of my favorite. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
Josh and his crew took great care of me! Great friendly atmosphere with great conversations, even with other customers. I showed Josh what I wanted and without even having to go into details of how I wanted it.. it came out PERFECT! It's like he saw my vision of how I wanted my Black Panther necklace piece in my head!

Booking artist here is like talking to a brick wall they make it seem like it’s a issue to ask the most basic questions regarding a tattoo. Not all of their artists have attitudes but it’s definitely a select few you come out better going to someone else who does tattoos in the their home and is more passionate to tattoo you then these stick in the mud attitude having people.

I will never understand people in business or the work place with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They open at 12pm, we walk in at 12:15pm, the young lady says she has to leave to get paper towels. My question is, why wasn't that taken care of the night before, or even brought in on your way to work? She comes back 30 to 40 minutes later, with food! Proceeds to sit down and eat her food and talk on the phone! Yes, she was the tattoo artist that was supposed to be helping us. Not once did she say, "I apologize for the wait OR I'LL be right with you all." We waited and entire hour for nothing! I told them never mind, her reply, "ok," with a don't care attitude! Who does that?! Y'all just opened, there should be NO EXCUSE for this type of behavior in the workplace!
Best place in Jax. If you live on a different side of town the Travel is well worth it.

Waste of time an money. Honestly we would never spend another penny in here or recommended anyone.Josh very unprofessional with customers. Josh had an attitude the entire time he threw his pen down when he was asked to make money. He did not want to tattoos us but told us we could come back to finish,but did not have the respect to tell us he didn't want to finish. We came twice to get tattoos finished by him to only sit 2 hours before we was told to come back by someone else because there is no appointments. My small tattoo still hurt an i went on Thursday to him. Saturday is today i just got 3 more large tattoo from another professional artist an the one i got from Born Artful is still hurting more then the others....
