Great eats from this local restaurant. Friendly staff & inviting atmosphere. Had the steak lunch/dinner plate with baked potato, bread & corn. Got the cinnamon roll to go was excellent.
Such a delight. So glad I stopped in. Huge portions. Very reasonable value. Ms elizabeth, such a warm good soul serving. Delightful atmosphere, beautiful thoughtful decorations. Thank you. James
First time here, came for breakfast on Sunday morning. We knew it would be busy, and we were okay with waiting. We were told it would take 10 to 15 minutes till a table would open up. We waited about 20 minutes before we got seated, and then another 10 minutes before the waitress came to get our orders. She was a little short with us. My husband had ordered the biscuits and gravy and I had the down home omlette. My husband said the biscuits and gravy were good but the sausage in the gravy was very bland. My omlette was very dry, but the ingredients inside were good and seemed fresh. Fresh food for a cheap price. Everything did seem to be made to order so that's a plus. I just think they need to be a little bit more accurate on the time you might need to wait for a table,
Once they find another line cook, this will be a nice spot to grab a meal. Breakfast for two took over half an hour with a half-fiilled restaurant. They only do breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is served all day. And, even though they close at 2pm, there is a full bar for those wanting to get their drinking done early. The wait staff is friendly. Having to ask for butter for toast seems kinda weird, IMO.
Stopped in for breakfast while passing thru. Ordered a delicious Mexican omelet with some of the best pancakes I’ve had in a while. The omelet had a nice bite to it with green chili on top. Was good enough that I stopped at the same spot for breakfast on my way out of town.
Food was ok, I had to go look for our waitress when we were ready to order, we waited for her for at least 10 minutes. She was talking to another table that whole time on another room, she literally made us wait for her so she could chit chat.
I have enjoyed dining at Boogie's over the past ~ 5-8 years when teaching workshops in Del Norte. My clients and I always enjoy it. The food is great, service is friendly and attentive, the cinnamon rolls are huge -- and excellent tasting. Great place!
Great food! The owner was so kind!! She had her hands full and still made sure we were taken care of! She definitely made us laugh!!
