Saw an ad on Facebook for live blue crabs, crawfish and mullet. When I drove up a lady was sitting out front on a bench. She acted like it pissed her off to have to get up and come in the store to wait on me. Asked about crawfish by the bag. Hardly knew what I was talking about and said what they had was in the display case. Maybe 3 lbs. Asked about blue crabs she said they don't keep them? Then I told her I take the only 2 mullet she had and wanted them fileted and the backbone, roe and gizzard back. She told me they don't clean fish. I walked out and won't be back. Met the owner once and hoped this place would make it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

This is a fantastic place to come get your crawfish shrimp or even any type of shrimp family sell mullet shrimp crawfish and oysters but the people who run that place are very nice people they make you feel at home and they don't make you feel ignored in my eyes I have great pricing even though I don't buy seafood that often

Really went down hill here lately. No knowledge of the seafood they sell. New people working there and they have no clue what they are selling.

The steamed shrimp is some of the best I've had! Great flavor and the right spice. They also sell a really good cocktail sauce too.

Love the steamed shrimp! Excellent with a light dusting of Old Bay seasoning as suggested by salty Captain behind the counter! Love the p/d shrimp ordered in advance too! Pleased with all seafood I’ve gotten here! And I love the old Florida artwork, pictures and maritime memorabilia that decorates every nook and cranny! Nostalgic!

I got a little taste of home after stumbling upon this gem while visiting family in the rural Florida panhandle. Kudos to the owner! He informed me of the waters and timeline of my purchases. Shrimps were spot on and i went back a second time and transported fresh seafood to Arizona. I will definitely visit Bonifay Seafood Market on my next visit to the panhandle.

Mike has been working there for awhile, and he is very happy to help you with your seafood selection. He will even steam your shrimp or other fish you have selected. Great place to buy your favorite seafood.

Always great seafood. Great friendly fast service. We like to get our shrimp there. We've also gotten scallops, mullet, blue crabs there. always fresh delicious seafood.
