I've been a regular at this restaurant for several years, and for the first time writing a review.
Here has so many different varieties of awsome dishes with reasonable prices. (like Crabmeat Malai, Salmon Tandoori, Biryani, Vindaloo, and many other different kinds of curries...)
It's been fun trying different dishes every time at this restaurant.
Also, waiters are very friendly! An old man, Mohammed, often gives good recommendations and always provides good service.
The Food was amazing!! Every bite was a burst of flavor in our mouths. Absolutely thrilled with the food. We ordered so much we had leftovers for the next day and they reheated very well. The service was really good. Our waiter was very attentive. There was a family having dinner with 3 small children and they were very loud and that's the only reason I'm giving the atmosphere 4 instead of 5, the place was very nicely decorated for the holidays and otherwise a very nice place to have dinner. There were 2 other couples having dinner and everyone seemed to be having a great night.
Have t had Indian food in a long time, Mohammad came and introduced all the options, and we ended up ordering the mixed grill

We also had garlic naan and butter chicken also amazing, they brought extra free rice when we were running low without asking and brought a delicious rice pudding to end the meal.
Vibe is great and super clean.
Do not listen to the negative reviews. It kept me away too for a while. What a mistake. Amazing delicious food, friendly staff. You are seated and treated while waiting for the food to arrive, which is fresh and tastes wonderful. One of the best Indian food I ever had.
Took my coworker out for her birthday. We had dinner around 5:30pm and we’re pleasantly greeted by the manager and support staff. While ordering, the manager offered his recommendations and even provided us a brief lesson on the history behind Indian cuisine spots in America.
My coworker and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of food and the delivery of the food in a timely manner. The sauce, garlic naan, and quality of the meat will satisfy the needs of anyone looking to binge on Indian food.
I look forward to returning to this gem in Bay ridge.
Service is horrendous. Went in to order a few small things to go. Nothing crazy. The gentleman who took my order was finishing up another started taking my order. Disappears to the kitchen. Completely forgets what I was asking for. Had to repeat my self 15 times. While he’s on the phone with someone else. He’s slamming the computer. I needed up walking out and cancelling. Their food is a hit or miss and I wanted to give them another shot for a few staples. I wish the outcome was different. Better off ordering online. But they don’t even offer the whole menu online. Add the green tamarind sauce offer large sizes too for take out orders as option to purchase.
We ordered the mixed appetizer grill meat, it was incredible. We also ordered the chicken tandoori, they also gave us tika masala sauce. All served by Mohammad Miah ???? the service was top tier! We will definitely be back when we are in town.
We ordered few months ago at Bombay grill and it was good ..so we decided to try again tonight .. my husband got the mixed grill and he like it .. I ordered veg samosas and it tastes bland and like mush inside.. the peas and potatoes were mashed to death .. the sauces that you put on top looked like ( onions ) it just came from another table ( was eaten from)
The motar paneer ( I’m not sure how to spell it ) was more like a dessert.. too much heavy cream and too sweet from coconut milk .. and it was cold .. so this place is inconsistent
And it’s sad .. not worth the trip
