The owner Mrs.Bolden is VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! She’s bubbly upon your call to inquire about availability for services, after that…….You will not receive any information once your car is delivered to the shop. When you call to speak with her , you will be lied to that she isn’t there. Once I arrived right ,after I’m told she isn’t there, she meets me in the parking lot like a hoodlum , clapping her hands saying she’s short of staff, her leg hurts ,my car isn’t the only car there, she has to take care of her brother & she doesn’t have any one that can call me everyday. Yet, NO ONE HAD CONTACTED ME AT ALL since my car WAS towed there! ( I had to call to confirm delivery) Her staff member Randy was very courteous & polite . He apologized for his bosses behavior. Which lets me know he’s used to seeing her demonstrate this kind of act & having to clean it up. I do not recommend this Body shop !!! I hope to receive my car back repaired properly at the least .
Update: Almost a month out and my car is still there, waiting on parts….
My car is still not ready , but they have sent several supplements to my insurance company and have been paid ( they make you sign to have all supplements sent to them before starting) I love to support my local black owned businesses, but we must provide quality service . The professionalism, honesty, integrity etc. sucks at this establishment. Poor Randy is doing the best he can under chaotic supervision.It has been so many discrepancies in regards to the repairs needed for my car. You would think my car was almost totaled. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Arrived at the establishment after being told my car was ready. The front desk staff is not knowledgeable and math skills very poor. She tried to charge me 3% of the full total to my card, because I was paying 1035 on my debit card. ( 3% should’ve been from $1035 what was paid by card.) Needless to say I paid them & left , only to find parts to my car in the trunk. When I called back to inquire, I’m then told I didn’t pay my deductible. I’m totally appalled at this point, when I paid them over what was due to them to begin with. Once I state the facts , the receptionist doesn’t apologize for her error she just states oh I was looking at something else we good. This has been the worst experience for a bumper repair. Again, I would not recommend!!!

Bad attitudes the slim lady omg ,rude ,sassy this building has not changed in years no new parking lot flowers or nothing and you can see why!!!! I wouldn’t recommend
Took over 4 months for my repairs, got my car back, had to return it for another weekend +. I usually park in my garage, so no rain on my car. First time parked outside, the tail lights filled up with water. I’m going to give them a chance to fix it, but they had it for 4 months and this will be the second time I’m returning it…
They did a Awesome job on my truck! Highly recommended them! And in a timely manner!
I stopped by this morning to simply get an estimate and was told to come back this afternoon by the lady who provides the estimates. I don't live near the shop so I was not about to go run errands, return home and then come back sometime this afternoon for something that could have been done in less than 5 minutes while I was there. And folks wonder why we don't support black owned businesses....I 'gave' my money to another business that was more appreciative.
If the aggression and disrespect I just experienced over an unreserved *parking spot* across the street by the worker that drives a silver Mercedes is any indication of their customer service, I would not go here. Decided to take my business elsewhere.
I received excellent advice and I was very pleased and the receptionist had a wonderful attitude
My husband had an accident in the Mercedes over a year ago. They were very prompt and provided excellent service.
