I had been told about this place, but I never thought I would like it so much.♥️
The service was excellent, the drinks were delicious and the food was tasty!????????
They will really see me more often because I enjoyed it from the time we arrived until we left.

This was our first time here and we just happened to drive by it a few nights ago after they closed and made a mental note to return. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, a lot of neat elements that bring a welcoming and thankfully distracting decor. Our food was excellent, my kids got pancakes and I got the chicken and bacon panini that was excellent, the bacon was fresh and the chicken tender and flavorful. Great care was taken to make it and to instill aroma and personality into each dish. Will be ordering it again.
Service was great but the waitress was by herself so it took a bit between visits, but in spite of being overwhelmed she had an amazing smile and kind personality. She took her time ordering and kept checking in on us as best as she could while hustling. The service was still good and it's why it still earned 4 stars but for a Friday night she definitely should have had help.
Consider bringing cash to pay, unless you are okay with being charged a surcharge for credit card payments. I didn't see any signage or warnings but the waitress did let me know when I handed her the card. It's 4% for anyone wondering. Overall fantastic experience.
Very cute place with nice atmosphere and delicious food. The menu has many options and the crepes are delicious. I also love that they have freshly squeezed juices. We will visit it again.
I recently had the pleasure of brunch and overall, I enjoyed my experience, particularly the breakfast crepe and the chicken stroganoff crepe, as well as the Frutos del bosque waffle. They were all tasty and satisfying.
However, I couldn't help but notice that the crepes were a bit thicker than what I typically expect from a French-style crepe. While they were still enjoyable, I was hoping for a more traditional French texture.
In terms of service, I found it to be good, but I believe there is room for improvement, possibly due to lack of experience among staff members. Additionally, while the tea options were excellent, I found the coffee to be lacking compared to other establishments.
One area that could use attention is the timing of orders during busy periods. I noticed that orders tended to take longer than expected, resulting in a longer wait time than I had planned for.
Price-wise, I found Bokatto to be neither super expensive nor cheap. While I believe the quality of the food and service justifies the price to some extent, it may be something to consider for those looking for more affordable options.

The food...was PHENOMENAL. I cannot say enough good things about it. So tasty and beautifully presented; however.... do NOT come here if you expect to be in and out quickly. The service is painfully slow here. We waited at least 10 minutes just to place our drink orders, and all I wanted was a water, and my friend ordered a Coke (that comes in a can). We waited about 5 more minutes for our drinks to come out, and we were sitting right next to the drink area. The food took about 40 minutes to come out and they weren't even that busy. Also, the inside, while cute and uniquely decorated, is VERY small and crowded. If you have a large party, your probably going to be waiting a while to get sat. Also, they charge a 15% SERVICE fee... not a tip... an actual service fee that goes to the restaurant, not the waitress. Ive never seen this before. I get it for a large party but there were inly 2 of us. Overall, I would probably go there again, just...definitely not on a day I had other stuff to accomplish. Also.. my boyfriend is in a wheelchair, and there is no way at all he would have been able to maneuver through the restaurant due to the extremely tight seating.
Friendly service with delicious espresso drinks and crêpes. Their menu also includes sandwiches, bread bowls, savory crepes, and other options. We loved the festive decor and music and would definitely return!
1st time coming to this nice place.

And as a plus the manager or owner came and apologized for the long waiting but amazing place to eat love it.
What an incredible place! It’s like entering a mixture of Alice in Wonderland and a Paris Cafe. Food was amazing! Hard to believe it a blend of Colombian cuisine in European style. Highly recommend the coconut lemonade! Service was amazing. The staff is delightful!!
