My wife's favorite fried chicken! She loves this place. We got a family meal to take back home to NJ after visiting family. We got an 8pc with dirty rice and Mac and cheese. It's was so good. We also got a chicken sandwhich to split for the ride home. It was juicy and crispy with mayo and pickles. It hit the spot. For dinner we reheated The fried chicken and it was still so crunchy and has a lovely spice that just makes you want to keep eating it. They need to open a bojangles in New Jersey!
Went through the drive thru and the person I spoke with was very pleasant and polite. Food was good for fast food.
Terrible place order door dash two times from you people and two times was ripped off a meal from your dummpy store. Maybe hire better people to prepare orders
Response to owner two times I placed order for to dinner's through door dash and two times when order came missing one of the meals. Door dash refunded the money each time for your stores mistake

So happy to have a Bojangles here in Reading. Truly a blessing. I should really go more often. But that requires a trip out to Fifth Street, and that's where the crazies are.
For the times when I feel like flirting with death, I drive out there and pick up a family combo meal for 10. It's right next to Popeye's, but screw Popeye's. They always forget something in my order.
If Bojangles ever does away with their Dirty Rice, I will no longer be a patron. The chicken is good, but the Dirty Rice is what sets them apart from "the other guys." I could eat a truckload and not regret it.
The chicken wars are heating up. Contenders everywhere. But Bojangles sits at the top of the mountain on a throne of crispy, fried golden chicken flesh.
We watched Josh Weissman’s chicken sandwich video on YT and he ranked the Bojangles sandwich fairly high. We both ordered the deluxe sandwich combo (next time would skip making it a deluxe). Chicken was perfectly seasoned with a hint of spice. The buns were toasted as well.
Drive thru is definitely faster than dine-in service but the food makes up for what the service lacks.

The food is always hot and delicious. The place is clean and the employees are nice. Cannot say thay in all my years on earth that I've ever had anyone at bojangles be rude to me. They do get pretty busy which can slow things up a bit, but I would rather have a little wait time and get quality food any time! Of the three chicken places in the area, I will always pick bojangles. Even if they are super bust and the other two are super slow.
My 1st time eating Bojangles food. It was just ok.
The woman behind the counter was very helpful and went above to be sure my coleslaw didn't get nasty if in with the hot food.
