The food was mediocre, but as hungry as I was, I wasn't complaining. However, the employees were rude and hostile. They started closing up when we got there at 8, even though they closed at 10. I saw them lock the doors and keep people out while we were in there. I ordered 3 wings, and I guess they only had 5 left, so they just tossed me a leg. Which i would've been fine with, except the 3rd wing was already on my plate, and she took it and threw it in someone else's bag that had also ordered 3 wings. ???? The place was also gross. It was my first time at a Bojangles, and I don't think there will be a second. At least the prices were cheap
I went in only expecting a hot and decent biscuits and gravy meal. I got that and so much more! The staff was such a delight. Smiles, welcoming & a good attitude. They were cutting up with a 'regular' ( he was a hoot!) Anyways, the energy was great. I don't do fast food often at all, and this certainly was a rare treat! KUDOS to the staff. ????????????????????✝️
I stop here often because the food is usually fresh and the service is good for fast food. The 2 star rating is for all the extra money you guys made off me from the extra sauce purchases that I NEVER GET. I made a point of saying twice don’t forget the honey mustard and still didn’t get it.
The food was good, the staff was friendly. The service was quick. We had just left the Bojangles on 56 due they said they were out of chicken. Wow nice change to a better location.
Honestly the people could be nicer but that's not everyone there some do have politeness. Just a few there need to work on interactions with people there was no problem just accepting the food through drive through you say have a good day you don't expect yeah whatever back .. the food is great manager's are great ????
It’s 1:01 pm 1/29/24 the food I received taste like it was cooked at 12 pm. The fries was soggy the 4 piece chicken supremes was old, hard and dry. The biscuit was flat as a pancake. Why serve something you won’t eat? $10.79 wasted. Called no one answered
Paid for extra sauce on previous visit when back today paid for order told manager that extra sauce purchased on last visit was defected could I have the sauce with this order she said she couldnt replace the one sauce without receipt from last visit poor customer service so I asked her to refund money from todays order for 9.93 as a manager she could have gave the one sauce an not lost a sale for a meal an drink to keep from making good on one honey mustard sauce very sad Customer Service awful!

Every Bojangles that I have visited in Augusta has provided me with a pleasant experience. The staff are attentive, neat, and professional, food is hot and fresh, spaces are always clean.
