Waited in the drive-thru for over 15 mins before placing an order. Waited again 20 mins after being informed they were cooking fresh chicken and bo rounds. I was willing to wait for fresh food. After paying for my order, I was asked to pull up to the curbside behind another customer already waiting another 10-15 mins. The manager brought the orders to the curbside and apologized for the long wait. I got home 30 mins away, and I realized I got the WRONG ORDER! I ordered a 2 pc white meal and got dark meat that looked horrible. It looked like the grease was old or the chicken was refried to a crisp. I was too far away to return it to the store. I attempted to contact the store back for several hours but was unable to get any answer. Clearly, I made the wrong choice for dinner. Do better!
Sad experience at Bojangles tonight. Had my mouth fixed to enjoy some dirty rice, tenders, fries and my favorite biscuit. Tonight the food was there, the taste and flavor were gone. Would not recommend this particular location, 1 out of 10, would not eat there again.
Front cashier today at 9 am had a 20pcs order with 8 biscuits. 53.00 bucks. I was next in line. She had yhe worst customer service. She acted as if she was picking up trash in the sun for community service. Poor energy. I noticed over the past few years the quality of service in restaurants has dropped tremendously. People seem to forget that the patrons of each establishment is the reason why they have a job the following month. Something needs to be done. Now if i go to Gwinnett same restaurant better service. And i can guarantee they yeild more revenue than old national. Even if not true a better customer service delivery would increase the revenue in location 30 percent and there is no real speed of service in cashier's or drive thru. You couldn't even tell a manager was even in the building.
My experience with Bojangles on Old national highway has always been very pleasant. The food has been absolutely A1. I've only had theirs breakfast sandwiches but I love the deals that they give
Received food hot and fast. Great experience at this location. Tried the Bo Berry cookies and they were yummy.
This place is SLOW! I ran out on my lunch and sat for 22 minutes before they even took my order.
GHETTO! Walked in to place my order the cashier was otp ( I’m not at no mf dentist) like if you going to be on the phone. Atleast be discrete about it
Left card by mistake. Returned later to retrieve and successfully did. The following morning had new transactions made on my card from places I don’t even shop at and I immediately knew it was from when I left my card behind at Bojangles. No integrity, disgraceful!
