Best WLM Reviews
We went on the night of their half cheese pizza special. I understand it's a special, but the wait for any pizza was 1.5 hours. That is unacceptable for a pizza restaurant. You also could not call them ahead of time to see wait times as they refused to answer multiple phone calls. They also have no warning or advanced notice on website. All around poor service. If they cannot handle providing a special, they should not have the special. There is no point to a special if people cannot reasonable purchase it. Ended up going to Pizza Hut instead.
The place looks wonderful. Service was very slow even though they weren't very busy. Price was not bad for the pizza, but my wife or myself cared for the pizza. I guess it is a personal taste. Other people may like a coal fired pizza.
On this particular visit to the Aiden Lane location our pizza was made and cooked perfectly. Sometimes the crust can be too thin, limp and soggy, but we requested it well done and it came out exactly how it should be. The crust was the correct thickness and the pizza was well done and crispy without being burnt. Our server, Mercedes, was just the right amount of attentive and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Will definitely be back!
The place is nice. They do have booths, which is a must for us. We ordered 2 different personal pizzas. So we tried the spinach and ricotta and an all meat ( pepperoni, sausage). Both were delicious. Our server was fantastic, attentive and had a smile and sense of humor. I guess my only gripe would be the price. 2 small pizzas and 2 diet cokes…$35.00 plus tip. So almost $50 for lunch is a lot, but once in a while a treat.
This place use to be one of my favorites. I order cheese steak egg rolls and a personal cheese pizza. I get there she says just the cheese sticks. Umm I didn't order no cheese sticks. I ordered told her my order again. She goes to manager comes back and says since you paid for the cheese sticks already we will give you the egg rolls and cheese sticks you just have to pay for your pizza. So let me get this rite you messed up my order I had to wait even longer for my food and your not even gonna give me a discount. If they were super busy I would understand but there was 2 cars in the parking lot and inside was closed only the window was open so no excuses. I get the cheese steaks sounds like cheese sticks but what happened to the pizza. I will not be returning here for a long time.
We visited this place once and will not be returning. Do not believe the hype. Our wings were dry, the pizza ok. We had to wait 30 mins for a beer and side of fries because our waiter forgot about us. He was honest enough to tell us that....Thank goodness we had water to wash down the dried out wings. I can't believe ppl like this place......
My first time at this place, I was a little hesitant per their reviews, and I must say their service and food were on point. I was served by the bartender Mandy, and she was AMAZING. She made my afternoon with her enthusiasm and smile (WOW). She recommended everything I ate, and it was perfect. I will be back just because of her. ????????????????????
