Scam scam scam!! Battery installed in my Tacoma is from 6/2020, not made anymore, not appropriate for my truck, not even sold for $289+tax (retailed at $98 when it was new????)…. was charged over $400 for them to install an old USED battery!! *Warning: Do NOT do business with this company!! They have been removed from my Insurance Co, they have 4 companies (at least) going on, previous incarceration for these scams! Watch out!!!
Scam Artist !!! Removed my throttle body and supposedly ordered a new part. Charged me $600 for part. Put a used cracked and scratched up throttle body part in vehicle that had been cleaned with wire brush. Obviously not new part and was either old part from truck or from junk yard. Does not return calls or texts. DO NOT CALL !!
Beware of scammers!! Called them to look at my sons car and they said the transmission was messed up. They said they could get a used transmission and repair the car so they towed it. I paid $1200 for the transmission they said they purchased.
Several weeks went by with no communication. I started asking about it saying that my son was out of work and needed his car. They assured me they would have it done that week.
Fast forward 5 weeks and a ton of communication later and I had to threaten to report the car stolen because they wouldn't finish the job and they wouldn't tell me where the car was. Finally he gave me an address to some guys house and it was parked out front.
I tow the car to another mechanic and the mechanic said NOTHING was done to the car and the transmission had not been replaced.
Meanwhile, my son lost his job, hasn't been able to pay his bills and is facing eviction because this company couldn't be honest.
I will be moving forward with a lawsuit.

I spent $2000 in cash to have him replace the tires on my John Deere. I asked him to address the John Deere mechanically.
1/26/2021: Ivan takes my wheels away to install the new tires he asks for $1400 for parts.
2/1/2021: I asked for a receipt of the parts, basically proof that the parts were ordered and paid for which was $1400 for coils, water tank, battery, spark plugs, fluids and tax. I haven't received anything.
2/2/2021: Ivan asks for $523 for a fuel pump. In the same text he tells me there is NO LABOR CHARGE. He says that $523 will complete the job. I sent him $600 because I felt good.
2/10/2021: After I check in for about a week Ivan tells me parts arrived
2/23/2021: I beg for communication, Ivan tells me they will be back that week. All my calls this week were ignored, he usually hung up on the second ring.
3/1/2021: I tell him no one has been out yet he responds "Correct I'm wanting to be there. I'm wanting to make sure my guys do things right." Ivan then does not show up, it is expressed that our business cannot function properly
3/5/2021: Ivan is still mia. I have asked a refund, or for the parts that I paid for and was denied. Over a month ago I sent this man what he asked for. His words "the fuel pump is 523. No labor charge to complete the job".
Even when confronted with his own words Ivan is refusing to engage in honest business.
Do not trust these people. They swindled my daughter out of 800$ saying it was tensioner belt. When the car still didn’t started after they “fixed it” he then stated it was a head gasket. We had it towed to a reputable mechanic and he said the timing belt was shredded, which any mechanic would have seen if they took a basic auto shop class! He then wouldn’t return the keys (took 48 hours to get them) and it took multiple phone calls to finally get him to at least put it on his mat at his place of business. He took advantage of a 19 year old college student and treated her horribly. Beware if you ever decide to use them!
Left my headlights on and ended up with a fully drained battery. Called 2 other tow companies in the hopes of getting a jump. Both were slammed and the second suggested Bobcats. There was no hesitation when I called. Just a “how can I help you and I’ll text you so you can text me your location”. He was fast, courteous, and accommodating. The battery was fully drained and non-responsive to a jump. He was able to provide us with an alternative on the spot that allowed us to get on the road quickly. Would suggest to anyone who needs quick roadside assistance.
This business is a total scam that is being run by a former convict, his name is Ivan Fernando Castellon. He was arrested back in 2018 for property theft. I can confirm this because I have looked into his criminal record. You can confirm this by simply googling his name or his business “Bobcat Roadside Assistance”. He scammed my friend of $1,000 back in August 2020. He kept beating around the bush and eventually just admitted that he wasn’t going to return his money, even though he never did any labor. Thankfully, he was able to get his money back by filing a small court claim. Be sure to provide his address (531 Field Corn LN, San Marcos, TX 78666). And provide them with proof such as messages, screenshots, calls, etc. It is sad that there are lazy people out there who can’t make a living on their own so they resort to steal from hardworking college students.
Complete scammers. Will convince you to spend more than need be. Spent over $800 and my car still does not work. Completely unprofessional and not to mention rude. Took me two days to get my car key back after they said they would bring it to me, had to take an uber to pick up the keys from this guys house. Again, my car still does not work! You’re better off getting it towed to a shop. Do not use their service!
