There is a customer service fee that will be applied to your order! The smell when you walk in is not pleasant. The restaurant hasn’t been vacuumed in a month. The bare shelves and the low stock of drinks are red flags. My daughter and I ordered two drinks could not finish them after two sips. Not good. But we are Boba fanatics, only drink the best so, very high standards. I was not going to leave a bad review, I wanted to write an email directly to the store/Manager but could not find the information anywhere! But the customer service fee, that is so annoying!! And of course we left a tip… Prior to tasting our food;(

I was so happy when I noticed this place near the mall. I was really craving a boba drink and it was so convenient to have it nearby. I ordered an original milk tea with boba and a mango drink for my kids. It smelled so good in there, next time I’ll order some waffles too!
I have been going to boba&waffles for the past couple months my kids and I love it the waffles are delicious! And the boba is very good as well the atmosphere is nice I haven’t had not one bad experience so far but of course their is a few things that need to be worked on but it’s a small history that’s getting there slowly! But I would really recommend and the staff are great.
The owner was super kind and easy to chat with. I needed a dairy free option and they had dairy free options with Almond milk. I don't normally like Almond milk but I'm not kidding when I say these drinks were DELICOUS. The Taro flavor is by far my faveorite. The owner even made sure things were dairy free for me which I appreciate very much. 10/10 reccomend and we will be back.
The inside was pretty bare with just a few decorations, nice tables but the floor was absolutely filthy with trash. For how slow it was they could have vacuumed. The drink itself was great, but we came in for the boba which probably the worst I've had.. very over cooked, bite into one and it felt like popping dust in your mouth. Pretty disappointed in the the boba. Good location, just needs a little work.
Good food! Business has been opened 4 weeks now but I can't think of a better combination than bobas and waffles for breakfast. I got the fruit loop waffles and hubby got the Nutella. I recommend
The guy taking our order was nice and helpful choosing drinks.Although the boba was not boba-ing. My horchata boba tasted like just milk and cinnamon on top. And more than half of my tapioca was hard. :( My husbands tapioca was the same and his “cookies and cream” tasted like more so chocolate. Very chill atmosphere but the drinks weren’t very good.
The boba is pretty good. The only thing is there are no size difference in what you can order for the boba and it's kinda small.
I wouldn't get the waffles though. When I went a "machine was broken" which I get maybe one waffle machine but do they only have one?? should definitely be prepared for something like that as a business. There was no warning when we were ordering/paying of how long it would take even though there were people before us who also had to wait a long time so the person working must've known. When we got the waffles they weren't even unique to the flavors we got they were literally just waffles with sugar sprinkled on them. I know toppings don't have anything to do with a machine being broken.
40 minutes minimum of a wait for tiny boba and sugar waffles. Not to mention it's overpriced. For two waffles and two boba it was $30 which wouldn't normally be so bad but it is when the waffles just have sugar on them and you wait almost an hour for that.
Everything was also kind of a messy. The couches had sugar all over them and the chairs were stained. The napkins had used ones still in them.
