It is a fast food place, so remember this. It will smell like all other fast food places, too.
People are always kind. The service has recently been a tad faster (godsend as Bobs is known for super slow service) and I'm always treated well by the workers. Food is always fresh and my family and I love the new Apple Bites.
This is the only fast food restaurant I eat, since I usually cannot stand fast food.
This location is amazing and so clean! I did not wait long and the food was fresh! The lobby was calm and clean, I wish they had a drive thru!
Employee stated they are out of tortillas for the tortilla burgers… how do you run out of tortillas? Who is doing your ordering? Maybe adjust your par levels. Will not be coming back here. Then to top it the employee had an attitude. If you hate your job take it out on your many cats you probably have at home and not the customer. This is exactly why bobs has gone down so much in popularity. THAN TO MAKE IT WORSE SHE WAS TOUCHING HER HAIR WITH HER GLOVES SHE WAS BAGGING FOOD WITH!! (Hello health inspector id like to report cross contamination and improper food handling)
Love love their green chile cheese fries! Wow for a small fry it is pretty filling for under $5!
We live in Washington State but make trips to Albuquerque a few times a year for family. So happy the Bobs sends us home with chile! Best ever and nothing in Washington even comes close. These are our version of Bob's tacos!
You have to pay more to order online, which equates to preferred pick up. Yet, the only time that ever happens is when the senior store manager is there. Why then am I paying more for an easier job?
The girl at the counter was an absolute garbage pale of a human being. Her attitude matched the store; dirty, muggy, with the smell of salt and broken dreams. And then, come to find out, the store is closing. Shocker. It's not all her fault though, the other 5 employees hiding in the kitchen reeking like burnt fentanyl probably didn't help either. Good riddance, bring back Griff's.
This visit was not good, i placed a call in order and they didnt have it when i went to pick it up. The manager was being rude to her employees and when the cashier asked to make my order right away since it had been 20 mins since i called, the manager said "shes gonna have to wait." The manager was rude and disorganized. And this is what we paid for.
Always delicious food. Access to this location is good, and note that there is no drive thru here. Come here on Tuesdays for cheap taco burgers! No bills over$20 accepted, and you may have to pay with a card in late hours.
