Took my truck to get an alignment they got it done fast and did it right the first time. Can't say that about other places in town.
Verbal promises were made that weren't honored. If you must use this shop I would recommend receiving specific written terms in advance. Not only was the timeline ignored but the finished repair left visible runs in the paint.
Took my Mom's brand new car there for a small dent repair and to have the bumper painted. The paint job was poor quality (referred to as orange peel) and the scratches were still visible. We left the car for them to correct. The next day, it still looked the same. Bob, the owner, was extremely rude and demeaning about the issue. Second bad run in I've had with him. He was also rude to my Mom on the phone, again when she went to pick up the remainder of the insurance check and as if that wasn't enough, the painter himself was disrespectful to her. I would NOT suggest this business due to lack of quality, RESPECT and professionalism.
