Most of the Bob Evans these days have been really disappointing, but not this one, not today. My family and I walked in and were promptly seated. After a few short minutes, our server came and took our drink orders, then quickly came back and took our order. Our food came out quickly and it was fresh and really good. I was really in need of some solid Bob Evans, and this location finally hit the spot! I'm gonna make the drive back one of these mornings just for breakfast. Great job!
Ordered 2 salads for delivery. The wild fire was raw chicken. Called the manager. They Acted like it was normal and refunded the wild fire to the card. Horrible customer service. Never apologized or anything. People can get really sick from raw chicken and this needs to be taken seriously.
Seated quickly. Order was taken immediately. Food was hot and delicious. Waitress checked several times to make sure everything was OK. Prices were under $10 for each order.
The Bob Evans in Tipp City was not busy when we arrived. Our meals took more than 40 minutes to arrive at the table. This is the worst Bob Evans I have been in.
However, my best friend surprised me and she took me to the Bob Evans in Englewood a few days later Totally different experience. Food arrived hot and was delicious! Server was excellent and caring.
Stopped in one night and the cranky old woman looked at us and went into the back. Not a word. There was one young girl waiting on all the tables. She looked at us about 4 times, but said nothing. We walked out. After being a regular for years we certainly expected more. Mark went in the next day and the cranky old woman is the manager. She was not apologetic but acted like we were the problem. You were our favorite spot, but because we have now been dismissed with a snotty "ok" by management and corporate, we are disgusted. I would think the owner would want to keep long time customers happy. Dear owner, you have a big problem you might want to address

My wife and I went to Bob Evans in Tipp City. I do believe they were short staffed ,but our waitress worked very hard and quickly for our service. She was taking care of other people as well as us. She was as busy as a one-armed paper hanger. Very happy with the service.
Got roast beef, mashed potatoes and carrots. They were put in the square takeout container and poured gravy all over everything. It was like eating soup won’t go back Tipp city.
