My wife is Super satisfied with their service. Professional, clean, organized, and most importantly hospitable. The variety of beverages complimentary is such a nice gesture and thoughtful. Remembering depends on what kind of service you get and how long you’d be spending time there. It shows how much the business cares for your experience.
She booked a root perm today from Maritza, the owner. She is a hair magician. After witnessing how much work she and the nice assistant put in today, the service was considered very quick. She started at 11 am and finished by 2:30ish pm. That is a lot of time for one service. But she could tell how much she was passionate about what she did and she listened to what she needed. So thank you Maritza and her nice assistant.
She made sure she was comfortable during the process.

I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Thanks to Maritza & Gilda for the best hair styling I’ve had since the pandemic. I also loved my dip manicure with Arletis. I’ll definitely return!
The door says walk-ins welcome...apparently not. I went in because I had some free time this morning and the staff was completely baffled by this. Then after two employees said some stuff to each other in Spanish one lady got on the phone, talked to someone, then handed me the phone. Didn't tell me who I was speaking to... Then this lady on the phone says she hasn't left her house yet and that she doesn't think she will make it in in time to give me a hair cut because she has an appointment at 10:30. I got there at 9:00. Not sure why it would take an hour and a half to get there. I have gone to this salon a few times before and made an appointment. When you make an appointment things go a little bit smoother. The lady I have gone to in the past is wonderful. I think her name is Maritza. She is very friendly and takes the time to make sure that she is giving you exactly what you asked for.
I go to this salon for manicure and pedicure, and love my manicurist. However, there seems to be an issue with the a/c, when the temperature is high outside, the place feels like a sauna, that's not an acceptable condition for workers nor clients. This has been an issue since summer of 2018.
It was horrible , I did a manicure . I’m so upset about it . I could of done it better my self . I don’t want to mention the ladies name but what a horrible service . My nail got a hair on it and the lady said it was ok and that there was not way to take it out . My nails look uneven gel looks horrible . My 10 year old could of done it better . I’m so upset . She was in a hurry to finish and didn’t want to fix my nails , she knew she had done a horrible job and that I wasn’t happy about it . It so bad that I came home to take my gel off . That’s how bad after I pay for it .
Fabulous!! My hairdresser, Peggy did her magic and I felt beautiful when I walked out of the salon. The place was very clean.
Great. Busy hairstylist running there own show . Each stylist rents her(his) chair and the clients are their own.
I love the place and everyone is very nice and my hairdresser Gloria is the best in Miami
