Brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced and the technician was great! Fast, clean, and she even used the lidocaine spray we brought in with us. My daughter loves her new pierced ears!!

Update: Extremely disappointed with a scheduled appt for myself and my sister-in-law. They were 2 hrs late to open doors. The owner tried raising hourly rate. CARLOS didn't have the pre-drawn back tattoo done that was given to him 4 days in advance.
Final result: We walked out!!
I got my septum done here (which I'm in love with). The staff were very kind, my piercer Hannah was soft-spoken and sweet. The piercing was quick and painless and I plan on coming back soon!
I felt the need to share my experience with my artist Jacob.
Last Saturday, my Fiancé and I visited Blue Magic after literally walking out of a different shop in "Lake In The Hills."
Without an appointment, we met with Jacob around 830pm. to discuss the art I wanted over my heart as a tribute for my fiancé.
Jacob created an amazing piece for me. I've never met this guy before, he took our idea and turned it into a beautiful piece of art. His attention to detail was off the chart. He made numerous stencils in different sizes and took the time to make sure it was the best fit.
No joke, he used 18 different colors, and some of them he hand blended to get just the right shades.
The shop staff was really nice and professional, and he took every precaution to keep the area clean and safe. I highly recommend Jacob and will be my artist for future pieces.
Got multiple piercings done here most recently by Hannah. Overall a good experience with both my lobes and industrial. I had a rough time eith my lobe due to lots of scar tissue but she worked through it and got it done very well. And with my industrial she did great couldn't ask for much better. Overall a great experience would recommend.
For starters... I'm a very avid customer here. And... I'm very picky on who is going to be drawing and placing ink on me. Juan Silva (Owner) is an exstremely great tattoo artist. If you have a project requiring a lot of detail... This is the guy you want. I went through a series of sessions, when his laser removal machine was up and running. Got my bad ink faded out, came back with very complex and detailed art that I wanted... And you can't tell that it was a cover up. I have been in his chair for hours and hours, both my arms are half sleeved now. Lots of comments and questions on where I got it done... Now, you know where to go. Very fair, reasonable and honest. Hard worker, very busy guy...and rightful so. It shows in his work. So, if your looking to place detailed ink on yourself. This is the guy, I highly recommend you see.
The owner (Juan) is exstremely busy. (Laughing) I'm sure I take up a lot of his time. So, be patient. He's doing art & A President of a Car Club Chapter, plus his family. Busy busy guy, but well worth it and worth the wait.
Piercing: (Hanna) is the jewelery piercing queen of the shop. If your looking to add body jewelry... She is the gal to talk and work with.
Other: Cologne, Perfume and Lotion specialist (30+ Years) in the industry. Smellz Ghood Stuhf makes an appearance one or twice a month at the store to demonstrate some of the top fragrances on the market at a fraction of the cost.
Superior group of people. Great work, great reviews. I will update this review...when I have obtained professional tat work that the owner wants to display. Great job gang! See ya again soon. ????????????
