Like many others I didn’t know the vehicle I was getting would break down a few months after getting it. I have a list of items that are wrong with it and yet I was told it would be done the next day. I feel the engine shutting off randomly is a known issue they have and that’s probably due to the lender can shut off your car at will!!!
Car has been in the shop total of 5 weeks all together and I just bought in December, do not and I repeat do not purchase these lemon cars, they take advantage of people not having good credit and put them in further financial bind.
Its ok they definitely can work with you and get you in a car but keep in mind there cars are restored salvaged titles no one told me that until after the down payment was taken from my card I am pleased with my car i needed one so when no one else says yes they do
I went and purchased a car from them. The deal was done quickly and not too many questions were asked which should've been a red flag for me. I need a car and so I went with a 2017 Chevy Cruz no more than 40000 miles. The night I got the car I went through the car wash and water poured through the back window. I called and they had me drop the car off to the service department they kept it for a few days and gave it back. The problem was fixed for a couple days then it was back leaking. It hasn't been a month and I was on the freeway with my kids and the car shut off completely It started back up after awhile and I was able to pull to the side safely but when I contacted the manager of the car lot she rudely told me that its my responsibility to get the car back to Arizona and they will look at it for me but, I tried to explain that I would like to see about getting a different car. I do not trust that the issue will be resolved and being that its shutting off while I am driving I just don't feel safe. She (Nancy) said I will need to keep that car and if I choose to leave it in California she will proceed to garnish my wages and hung up in my face. (Rude) I have to pay $560 in transporting fees on top of the car payment that is still due even though the car has been stuck in California for a couple weeks now. They have not tried to work with me on getting a new vehicle or anything. $500.00 down gets you a lemon a car that is totaled and they basically put it back together and resale them. At least put it back together good enough to last a year or few
Adriana is a very helpful saleswoman. I was referred by a current customer. I truly reccomend this company. My credit is bad, but I was still able to cosign for my mother and get a car. Myself working, sending her a screenshot of my bank statement, and also showing her proof of other legal incomes got my mother and I approved in less than 10 minutes. She let my mom test drive the car she wanted. Even though we have a new 2016 used vehicle the car drives really well. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. The warranty is excellent and you get liability insurance before driving away. I like Adriana because she explains every paperwork so you'll understand before signing.

I've bought 2 cars from here and just wanted to say how friendly the staff is. Brenda (service department) has been very helpful there. Anytime I run into an issue she is there to resolve it and promptly.
Mercedes (financial department) has also been very pleasant and helpful.
Brian (the owner) helped me get into a car when no one else would help me out.
I am very thankful for this staff here and would highly recommend them to anyone having a hard time getting into a vehicle.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE BUSINESS. The worst mistake I have ever made was getting a car here. They are a shady, unprofessional chop shop and the the customer service is horrific. Nancy in particular is rude, unhelpful and condescending. They will cheat you out of money every chance they get. I can't wait til my loan is paid off and I can leave them behind. Please save yourself the stress and deep unhappiness. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM B AND G.
