Had a wonderful lunch! Food was delicious, high in quality and quantity. The atmosphere is fun and the staff are friendly and kind. I recommend them highly.
I visited Blue Agave after my son’s baseball game in Mid-April. Full disclosure, I only stopped by for the first time AFTER visiting a local competitor next door. They turned me away at 8:45pm, stating that they were closed. The fellow at Blue Agave welcomed me right in. And provided friendly and excellent service. He assured me I wasn’t bothering his staff visiting close to closing time. I think this establishment should consider longer hours during baseball season, perhaps you would get a late night dinner rush!! I bought the Chile Verde and some cheese dip and was please with both. Prices are competitive with other establishments in the area. I’ll definitely be back!!
The cheese dip and salsa were really good some of the best I’ve had.(locally) the service was amazing the food drinks and dips where out very fast the atmosphere is nice with cool seats nice paintings and weird mask on wall. Overall a great restaurant.
One of the better Mexican restaurants I’ve come across in North Alabama. Highly recommend stopping here if you are passing through the area.
We are THRILLED to have found Blue Agave!! We recently purchased a building for our church in Lexington (Grassy) and have been spending many evenings there working. We love Mexican food and ordered Blue Agave to-go. The food is SUPERB! Everything we've tried has been absolutely delicious. I'm weird about chicken and their grilled chicken never lets me down. Their guacamole, cheese dip, and salsa are also fantastic! Definitely recommend!

My family is loving Blue Agave!! We used to drive 35 minutes out of town to get good Mexican food, and now we don’t have to! We can stay right in town to dine in or pick up to go. We’ve tried several dishes and everything is so flavorful and delicious. The salsa is my favorite I’ve ever had. And personal favorite dishes are the chicken enchiladas (could literally drink the enchilada sauce) and the super quesadilla! I hope blue agave stays here forever!
We visited last night for the first time. The food was excellent and the best Mexican I have eaten since living in the Shoals area! I can't imagine going anywhere else now. Julio is a very gracious owner. I hope this restaurant is here for years to come!
