Went and got my nails done with my bestie today, and I had an appointment for 4pm but they asked us to come early, no problem. We showed up just before 3. She got sat right away while I waited almost an hour while three people sat at their stations on their phones. My friend SPECIFICALLY asked for her cuticles to be cut. She asked for tips and they told her she had beautiful nails and didn’t need them, didn’t apply tips and then didn’t cut her cuticles… I have been doing my own dip nails since the pandemic and have done a better set on myself than this $50 set I paid for. Even after waiting almost an hour after she started, I somehow got done before my friend. I felt like the tech was rushing, she didn’t push back my cuticles or do any prep at all… The color is patchy and looks like she over filed. I had to come home and correct my crooked nails and uneven application. I have been coming here since high school and have had great experiences up until today.. disappointed to say the least.it looks like I will continue to do my nails at home and only use bloomies for pedis
I have been going here for more than eight years. The staff is all well trained and professional. I’m always happy with my nails. Highly recommend!
Asked for a very simple design of just a french tip and showed Kim a picture of exactly what I wanted. They did not turn out like the picture at all and she rushed a full set in under 25 minutes. She did not ask me how long I wanted them and cut them very short. When it was brought up that they didn’t come out the way I asked and showed the picture again, she was very rude about it and tried to say that I got what I asked for when it was nowhere near the same thing except for the colors. I’ve had bad experiences here before and was hesitant on coming back, but thought I’d give it a go since it’s been years but I will never be coming back again.
I usually love this place, but today was terrible. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he was terrible. The manicure lasted about 10min and he cut me very deep. Yet I was still charged the full price and left deeply unsatisfied.
I went in first thing Monday morning. There was no wait. The salon was spotless and classy. Lots of colors and options. I got a basic pedicure, and it was worth every penny. I’d have expected the service to be more expensive, but it was just the basic pedi! I’ll be back here every time.
Made an appointment for bday for multiple people - arrived and they took ONE of us. The rest of us sat there and waited. Ran out of time and never got nails done. Not very clean and incredibly disrespectful of our time - we had appointments. Will never ever return. Too many better options right in the area.
Extremely unprofessional. Refused to soak my nails before removing the acrylic. They were using a wet and wild make up brush to clean the. Nail debris of my hands. I feel like a squirel could have done a better job on my full set then this place. Highly would recommend never waisting your time, Money or energy coming here.
