very disappointed in the way this cab is ran not only or the people more than heartless they are disrespectful an liars, They are unprofessional and an unjust. I was kicked out of my cab and lied to after asking how much my ride would be and explaining that i had my payment when i arrived. I had asked all these questions previously on the phone an was given a total a when to expect my ride. When my cab arrived he was more than rude an so was the operator they he had called she had said they i was lying a she did not give me the information that was given. I should have recorded the phone call for proof but who thinks about that when tryna to find a last resort back home. This company is truly terrible an allows terrible people to be employed i truly hope that this business does not thrive and that it gets shut down. And who ever the owner you need to do a better job on checking on your employees beucase this is not on
Don’t get fooled by the other reviews they are family oriented and are from months/years ago they have changed. Just unprofessional dispatch messes it up for the drivers just being disrespectful and not having good costumer service, from threatening to cancel to literally blocking your number and leaving you stranded. All these things are very unnecessary being that mt. Pleasant is very small and there only really two taxi services out here including blazin. Hate to see the drivers loose money and lose rides but I’d recommend going through stargazer transportation if you want your moneys worth and to be accommodated for any mistakes on there end, can’t say the same with blazin. Theres already a case in process through the Michigan head of transportation just for this company. Save your self a bad day and book some where else.
I would like to say this is the worst cab company, at least at night!!!!! You left a defenseless teenager on the side of the road, in the country!! This was an elder man who did this! You are very lucky nothing happened to her!!! Unbelievable that you would do such a thing at 2 in the morning. This was an emergency and she need to get home. I hope this person is let go!!!’
This company goes above and beyond any company I’ve ever seen in this town so if you want an affordable ride and nice conversation and friendly drivers then blazing is the cab company. I will recommend anybody.
I took the cab this morning. Had a lil hiccup this morning but the owner of the cab company made up for it and more. I love this cab company. They are on time and will go out of there way to make you happy if anything goes wrong. Super reliable and very courteous and nice. If you need to get around in Mt pleasant give them a shot

Use these guys at least a couple times a week. They always get the job done. Real good people that want you to get where you need to get in a timely manner. Love Blazin.
