Ordered my food at 1142AM. Started to get busy for lunch and they were working on a large order so I figured it'd be a while. By 1210PM, I noticed customers that ordered after me were getting their order. Went to the counter and asked about my food. They hadn't started it yet. Waited another 10 minutes, only given a refund for 1 sandwich not the meal. Finally got my order. Burger is wrong and cold. Fries are cold too. Go back and they make a new one. Ask for a refund, was told by the manager I can get a refund or my burger remade but not both. Told her it's not fair I have to pay full price for my order when it was wrong and took almost an hour to receive. She replied I upgraded your burger no charge. Have a nice day and come again. Then she just walked away and took my receipts with her. I've worked fast food and know it can get hectic during lunch but she could have handled it better.
The food was great. I Love the new Mexico Burger ????.. the cashier was great today running back and forth getting his job done. I think his name was Josh or Joshua. I'm giving the whole team a shout out though. Great job Blake's team. I'll be visiting soon.
I feel like they give you what’s laying around because I only get what I order half the time. Common occurrence with breakfast burritos.
I love this place. I don’t live in NM so when I come and visit, Blake’s is a must and this Blake’s is my favorite.
Service was a bit slow but that was probably because the drive thru was busier than Times Square on New Years Eve. I didn’t really care that it was slow because the product is better than any other fast food around here.
Staff was friendly and Joshua is a great representative for your brand. He was a hard worker covering many different spots during the lunch rush but was never rattled.
It's a burger was great... Fries wasn't that hot! Thanks for the free hump day ice coffee mocha. 1st time trying it.
The patties in the burgers were cold, the fries were dry. Front cashier gave us attitude, clearly not in a good mood. Low staff, we’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes, not recommending to come here.
My fries were burned and yet received cold. And went thru drive thru so I figured it should be hot had to air fry my fries when I got home and the meat was cold also.
Was great that they were opened on that blizzard of a day. Nice hot burgers and fries! Good that the place was nice and warm as well to help ppl get out from the cold snowy weather that day.
