I don’t know how you guys do it what I mean is this is as much of a compliment to the management at corporate as it is to the guys that work at this Blakes and every Blake I’ve been to they are so friendly and sincere with the way they treat all the customers and they make the food very consistently. Excellent every time I always get a double cheeseburger New Mexican style with a chocolate shake thank you thank you thank you corporate for hiring such great employees. This is very sincere not joking. It’s so hard to find good. Help these days and you guys find the best people.
I ordered the number 2 breakfast burrito with easy hash brown, and they overloaded.It with burnt hash browns, and my sausage tasted like it had been sitting for twelve hours under heat lamp. The green sauce was nonexistent. I'll never go back to this location. The blakes on fourth and solar is way better. They run on a skeleton crew but they get things out very swiftly and the food is always hot and fresh at that location.
I ordered two double meat combos large, when I got home the burgers were so gross and very greasy, not cooked all the way, still red , and the fries were very cold and the vegetables were very soggy, it’s just not the same anymore at this store, they don’t care how your food comes out! the drinks I asked for easy ice and they gave me extra ice, I tried calling them to let them know , and there’s no way of getting ahold of the store on San Antonio Albuquerque, I need to speak with a manager about this! We couldn’t even eat this food, I would like a refund!!
Placed a drive through order service was fast friendly and food was incredible! Julian was a fantastic employee and made the experience very memorable ????☝???? highly recommend
I grew up enjoying the REAl Lotaburger, now it's just another burger, I didn't find it any different than most other burger places. The reason Blake was so successful, is because his burgers were unique over other burgers in town, nothing unique about this one. I wish when Blake sold it, that part of the agreement would have been not to change the original Lotaburger. It was a great family owned business, this corporation will never be as sucessful.
Love this place. Have never had a bad one. Only burger's to drive 5 hours to get.
Over half an hour from the time I got the confirmation to the time they made my food. Waited there half an hour before the food was ready. The place wasn’t even busy, workers just weren't working. I tried to call the store and phone is out of service. Food was good when it finally arrived. This Blake's has gone downhill. Lousy customer service.
The worst Blake’s I have ever been to. I’m never going to Blake’s again, waited 25mins for them to bring out a call in order. Cold/uncooked fries, Ice in the drinks all the way to the top and no carbonation in the drinks. Impressed with how they were able to screw every single thing up in the order. Don’t give Blake’s a chance again they are trash now.
