Ryan is so knowledgeable and kind. We were on a road trip with our camper when we ran into some trouble with a part on the truck. He went all over to find us a part and came out of his way, in the cold and sleet, to help us. What he charged us was next to nothing which was so appreciated. He is a really good guy and we DEFINITELY recommend calling him first. I'd give six stars if I could.

My motorhome broke down on a Interstate and thank the powers that be, Ryan was available! First he came to my stranded location to assess the issues. He knew precisely what to do with my vehicle and ordered all the parts to complete the job. He then went for parts and returned to complete the job. Had all the right tools and equipment and knocked it out without hesitation. Personable, professional and well qualified. NOBODY could have saved my vacation any better than Ryan!

Ryan was able to come out to us on site late in the afternoon. Replaced a EGR valve and manifold on a CAT c7 motor in one of our drill rigs to get us running again. He was in touch with us throughout the day, worked until after dark to get us going. Efficient, quick, and knowledgeable. Highly reccomend.
Ryan & his family came to save the day!! He came out to fix our motorhome's wheel bearing that we blew out & got us on the road again!! The tow trucks in the area couldn't tow us so, we called Ryan & he was very nice & professional. His wife is an excellent assistant & the kids are adorable!! Oh yeah, & they have the cutest Doxies!!! Thanks again guys!!
My kids & I broke down on our move to Oregon from Missouri. I had no clue what to do & not. A lot of money. I was stranded in Biggs Junction for 3 days. I called. Ryan & he was amazing. Came checked the issue, drive into The Dallas picked up the parts, came back put the water belt on, then drove back to The Dallas & exchanged the belt for the right ovee & put it on.
Totally worked with my budget.

When our International 7400 started showing warning lights and buzzing the alarm, we couldn't figure out the problem. We got in contact with Ryan of Blackstar Mobile Service and met him at a parking lot. He was very friendly and didn't give up when the problem wasn't obvious. He searched and found the problem and was able to give us advice as to how to fix it. I definitely recommend Blackstar Mobile Service.
Ryan is a great guy to work with. Quality of work and attention to details is definitely top on my list and he proforms both! He always goes the extra mile, literally.
Didn't end up getting service through Blackstar but they were super courteous and helpful. Even called me back afterwards to make sure I got everything I was looking for. Would definitely recommend!
