First time ordering pizza from Blackjack! We were very happy with our service and delivery. The food tasted great, the ingredients were fresh and we got our pizza before the estimated time frame. This will be our new go-to for pizza nights! Our delivery driver was very patient and kind as well. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed. We waited two hours for delivery recently. No apology or any type of professional response. Gave them one more try and the pizza was cold and rubbery... just terrible!! Found sausage in my vegetarian pizza which has never happened before. Gave feedback and that seemed to go unaddressed. Very unfortunate because we were very happy when we first ordered from BlackJack
Normally we are never disappointed. The last order we got the pizza was not as good. Maybe it was because it was later in the night and close to their closing or maybe a newer person was making the pizza but she didn’t put sauce towards the edge of the crust. There were large areas without sauce and the hand tossed as so thin the pizza was dry. I’m still giving 5 stars because like I said, our previous experiences have been really good.
I ordered a Large Good Deal pan pizza and had no veggies on except mushrooms with sprinkles of little bits of green substance. I called to complain and was offered no options other than waiting for Black Jack to make another pie and was instructed not to touch the pizza. No apologies or coupons were offered. I will not ever go to black jack again!!!! Not for work or home
This branch has really stepped up their quality in the last couple of years. Everything was exactly to order and tasty! The delivery is almost always earlier than I expect, as well. Great job!
order 1 med and 1 LG salad for delivery around $34.
LG salad had no chicken. called next morning said they would redeliver.. 3 and half hours later. but gave it to my neighbor. lied said knocked on my door.. if that was the case . why did he leave it at there door.. and it was a small. called again. manager said that's all I get.. like I did something wrong.. sorry for wanting what I payed for.. anymore complaints I have to pick up.. this is literally 2 mins away.. what a great way to maintain customers
I ONLY ordered from Blackjacks their pizza was always great but NEVER again! I waited over an hour and a half for one pizza, so I called in and the guy who answered thought it was funny to tell me the pizza came and I sent the driver away to a different address told him that didn't happen then he said the driver called and I didnt answer. I didnt get a call. He say's your friends must have answered your phone and they cussed out the driver so he left, then he tells me I couldn't get a refund on my pizza. People play too much who knows what they do to the food. I'll take my money somewhere else the owner is just lost me as a loyal customer.
The young woman who took my phone order was very kind and asked her manager if my coupon was applicable. My pizza was hot and fresh. Thank you for great, efficient service.
Ordered delivery and had Caesar salad med, full house pizza,and plain 8 ct wings the delivery guy followed directions and made delivery w a smile made our day / night we will be ordering again when we're back in area,Again thank you
