Had a blow out on I-40 and Frankie hooked us up and got us back on the road quickly. FYI google sends you to wrong side of freeway. They are on the south side before the firestation.
Went to rent a haul trailer here an they said they had it but guess what it was being used bye there shop ...had to go to holbrock to get the trailer piss poor customer service ..
Great service when we had a blowout on Interstate 40.
Idk, they were helpful but our car never got fixed. Alternator went out… it was replaced for $450 we didn’t even make it past the gas station. Then our engine blew at the next exit. Frankie helped us get up to the closest hotel, he “replaced” the engine, but it we couldn’t go over 60 mph. My boyfriend and I and our 3 kids ended up having to greyhound to our destination after being stranded in sanders for almost a month. It was a terrible situation all around, but even worse because our car never got repaired
I am always impressed and truly appreciative of a person who is willing not once but twice to pick up a stranger who is stranded and starting there day in a bad place (side of the road). Frankie was that person and he saved the day! After the initial call, towed me back to his shop...Was it the most beautiful, corporate looking repair shop, NO, and I didn't care...He was extremely helpful and did everything he could to get the first round of parts, as I was hoping to get to my final destination many miles away....We ended up having the three parts (belt/pulleys and an AC part) driven out to his shop by another amazing Samaritan (my wife)....Finally that first evening the car was fixed and I was back on my way.....Well things went sideways again, and Frankie came out to pick me up again....I find out after my car is back at shop for second time to find out the alternator had seized up....I decided to to go home , some two hours away....Well this expensive part took another 24 hours to get to local auto parts store....Finally on the third day, early morning as well, the car was again fixed and instead of heading north, went back home to the west....It was a sign to stay home and this long road trip will get done next year....Thanks, Frankie for being a life saver, upfront, and fair!! I would recommend anyone especially if you are in the Sanders/Navajo AZ area(eastern AZ) this amazing business!!! Kudos:)
What an amazing group of humans! We were driving along Hwy 40 from Los Angeles to Tennessee and we got a piece of metal stuck in our tire. We pulled off at a gas station and the attendant told us to try going across the road to this place, Black & White Knight Service. It looked closed but thankfully there was a man, Tom, there and he gave us the owners number. We called him and he was out there within minutes to help us, at 7:00pm on a Saturday. His name was Frankie and he was SO helpful and friendly! Him and his staff patched our tire within minutes and had us up and going before 8pm! They also aired all of our other tires up and only charged us $10. We gave them more for their amazing service and kind spirits! God was definitely looking out for us when we were lead here! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone in the area or passing through! Thanks so much, again!
We were stuck with a tire leak at a gas station whose air machine wasn't working, and they drove out to us to put air in our tires and then patched the tire for us. They were super friendly, reasonable priced, and saved us from what could have been a really bad situation in the middle of a long drive. I highly recommend them!!
We blew a tire out on our enclosed trailer on the 40. We had originally call AAA to tow us to a shop for it. Well my husband decided to see if the shop could come to us. They did!! They were quick, kind and professional. We are traveling with 3 kids, 4 dogs and 3 cats so fast was needed. Once we were told the total we were so happy because we were not gouged for it being an emergency. Just wish our travels were taking us more near them so we could use them more. If y’all are reading this THANK YOU!!
