To be honest, I was skeptical at first by reading few negative reviews but I took my chances. To my surprise I was not only satisfied with the price but also with his work and ethics. By the way my artist was Chuy the owner of the shop. He is great guy to work with, he is friendly and he gives you all the information you need or are curious about and he keeps his word. He already knows that I am coming back for more.
Put a $100 deposit for my sleeve tattoo back in February got the outline done but the artist ghosted me. Not happy at all my arm was supposed to be finished by April and everyone I drive by the shop seems to be always closed. One time I saw an employee walk in and so I went to go in and the door was locked and the ‘employee literally looked at me shooed me away and turned his back on me.
Zoe gave my husband and I tattoos today and we can't say enough good things about her! We were both so blown away by her line work, professionalism, and making sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back!
I absolutely LOVE Randa, she is the best tattoo artist I have ever seen, and I drive hours to see her for every tattoo appointment because she is that good. She makes you feel so comfortable, does absolutely amazing work, and I have never had a better experience in a tattoo shop. She has done 11 of my tattoos to far and I will get many more lol. Highly recommend seeing this woman if you can!

Put a $100 deposit down back in February for an early April. Went in for my appointment and was told my artist was no longer working there. Business and artist failed to contact me. Artist dodged my calls. Owners or other people working told me they couldn’t do anything about it, and I’m just out of $100. Did not try to help, or problem solve at all. Just “out of luck” Unreliable and shady.
I was scheduled for State Street Tattoo however apparently they didn't actually put it in their system and had no time. I hopped over to Black Lotus as a walk in and not only was it cheaper but definitely did an amazing job! Absolutely recommend. Can't wait for it to heal up :)
