Ashly is awesome! She does awesome work and made me the greatest designs for my tattoos. I normally find myself being picky, changing aspects of the design before being tattooed- but her designs were absolute perfection. Exactly what I wanted for all 4 of the tattoos. We took breaks that felt appropriate for the length of the tattooing time, and she made effort to converse with me the entire time (something i personally enjoy while being tattooed as it distracts me from the pain). Exactly one week later (today) my tattoos are looking fricken awesome. I 100% plan to be back for Ashly’s work!
My husband and I came in on our honeymoon to get sunflower tattoos together. Julia was able to get us in within a few hours and put together these beautiful pieces for us. It was my husbands first tattoo and she did everything she could to make sure he was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!
Great little shop in the UP! We called and they accommodated us to come in later that day. They currently have two artists in the shop, and we liked the personable vibe. Julia drew up our tattoos and rearranged them to our liking. She did a great job on tattooing. The owner Pete was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable. Very clean, friendly, great service!
Could not have asked for a better tattoo experience. My wife and I stopped in for an impromptu tattoo while visiting on our honey moon to commemorate our special day. We decided on a train done in line work. We stopped in later in they day when we arrived just to see if we could possible make it, gave some example pictures, and they said we could come in at open the next day. Julia came in on her day off to do the tattoo, and between Julia and Pete helped us solidify our plans of size and placement. They were both very honest with what would work best, explained how the different locations could act differently, how it would look when complete, etc. We were in good hands! The line work done by Julia was absolutely stunning, I get more compliments on this tattoo than any other, and I definitely admire this one the most out of all of them. The atmosphere was amazing, the place was clean and smelled good, the music was great, and the conversations were light and fun so the time just flew by. We will be visiting again for future tattoo's for sure!
Wes was amazing!! Great work, atmosphere, humor, and they all love what they do. 100% I would recommend Wesley and the other artists to anyone and everyone. Pete, the owner, and Wes make you feel like you're basically family. Wonderful experience!
No idea why this is a 4.9 and not a 5.0. It’s clean, amazing staff… Julia accommodated our crazy schedule and did a beautiful job on our matching tattoos on our second honeymoon. Literally hoping to come back here again, even though it’s 12 hours away…
The significance of the tattoo? We literally had our toes and all five of the great lakes within a 24 hour period. A life goal fulfilled
We were in the area on vacation and Pete was able to get us scheduled quickly. Julia did a fantastic job on the matching tattoos!! Would definitely go back!
My friends and I were in the area for a girls trip and they were so accommodating!! They were very flexible and helped us to make sure we could get an appointment! All of us love our tattoos so much, they were done so well!! Wesley is amazing, friendly, and very talented. 10/10 would recommend!
