Ordered a cookie w/ ice cream. Opened the ice cream lid to see that the seal was removed halfway. Looks like someone took bites with a chocolate covered fork, let it melt a little, then stuck it back in the freezer. I called the store manager - she said there was no way that could have possibly happened since she was the one to pack the order. She wouldn’t even look at the photos. She then hung up on me. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Love the Dining Experience. The food was the star but our Server DEJA really showed us the upside of BJs. The whole menu is diverse and delicious with unexpected gems of flavor. A must try when you are in Baton Rouge!
Great place to dine after spending time at the mall. Phoebe is an excellent server and her energy was excellent - food was great and I can't wait to come back, thank you!
Great service! Delicious choices and variety of apps and entrees for catering. Got great feedback from the guests to an event I hosted for 30 people...everyone enjoyed the food. Highly recommended
Worst place I have ever been to. My friend recommended this place and it was my first time trying it so I was excited to go. We got seated pretty quickly, it was a little busy but nothing too hectic. When we finally go seated we waited a whole hour to get service. I’m a patient person I understand your busy and have other tables but our server stoped at every single one of the table he had and made eye contact with us multiple time and we never go helped and before we knew it a whole hour passed. When we finally got served and got our food I opened my burger to find a small hair and then i looked more into my burger and there was another piece of hair but longer. Do not eat here waste your money somewhere else.
I've been coming here for years and it's always been amazing! Service has always been awesome and the food is really good, especially the couscous Mac and cheese ! I highly recommend this place if you're hanging out by the mall and want someplace nice to eat.
Very good BJ's location. Service was pretty good, with the exception of our waitress forgetting to bring part of a dish and never even apologizing about it. Wings were delicious. The Brussel sprouts are great appetizer. Portions are good size. Plenty of parking available.
I had a big party of people and automatically when our waitress Emily started taking our food order she was very rude , seemed to have an attitude and gave very impatient like she didn’t even really want to explain or help us figure out what we was ordering exactly since they were “ OUT “ out so many things . They were out of ribs , pork chops , some type of burger and when we asked for her to repeat , she was rude AGAIN & damn near threw the check book at one of my guest ! Very inappropriate behavior and it was unprovoked , we were nothing but nice & just trying to celebrate my graduation. She definitely ruined our day! But all the other workers were super nice & attentive !
