Best WLM Reviews

Oh my. Where do I even start. I read a lot of these comments & my first complaint is like most, when you come in there is a Wait to be seated & there's literally no one seated inside eating. Five groups came in & a host was still not up front with incoming customers. This should have been our first clue to turn around & leave. A party of five came in AFTER our party of 3 & was day before us as well. Made no sense at all. Then as we were seated whoever cleaned the table just pushed all the crumbles off the table & into the seats. Had to brush those out ourselves before sitting. Drink order was taken quickly, but then food order took forever. Once the food came my husband's broccoli literally was raw, not cooked AT ALL. Had to send it back to have it COOKED. Insane. Then the BBQ sauce on his ribs was strange tasting. The best part of his whole meal was the two alcoholic drinks he had. The fries tested fine. The lemon pepper wings me & my daughter had looked delicious, but once we took a bite there was no flavor just tasted like non seasoned chicken wings. We paid $120 plus a tip to the waitress.... SO NOT WORTH IT! We unfortunately won't be back cause we were really excited to try this place out! We could have went to long horn steak house or Olive Garden and had much better quality food and for way less money! Over priced 10000%.
Ordered Door Dash, yes I know I worked late not the best valentines day choice, this cost me $24 for the chicken entree, I ordered the pork chops and they called 45 mins later and no longer available, gave me the option to replace it. I can’t eat beef due to an allergy and this was my replacement. My wife ordered the steak for $33 missing a side of potatoes. Took two hours to receive our food due to the change. Dasher waited and was definitely compensated for his effort. 1 star steak looked good after sitting for awhile.
We visited last night after graduation ceremony (5/21/24) around 10-11pm. Our host were very friendly and attentive to our needs. However, the foods were a huge disappointment. We have been here a few times and this is the first time we had these issues. Not with just one but 3/6 dishes we ordered.
- The grilled chicken sandwich my mom ordered was so salty she couldn't finish and asked me to help which was a torture for my tongue . They either over-seasoned the chicken with salt or marinated it in salt for too long.
- The burger my sister ordered was burnt. We understand they made is medium-well but dark burnt taste on the outside is not acceptable.
- The salmon I ordered still had bones in it.
Their kitchen for some reasons was substandard last night. We might return if we are in the Norman area again since they are one of the rare restaurants that open till midnight.
Visited for the first time with wife and kids ,was a nice calm setting upon entering the restaurant. Staff was very nice and cheerful. Our waitress Amanda was very nice and helped in making sure we were well taken care of . We were a bit disappointed at first (yet completely understand that we dined in later in the evening) that the prime rib on special we were wanting was all sold out and a couple of the drinks were out also . Amanda and the Manager Emily were exceptionally apologetic which was greatly appreciated and eager to be sure the rest of our experience was delightful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone to visit this location. I truly wish there were more restaurants with staff as enjoyable and caring also with food as good as this location. Thank you Amanda and Emily for an amazing experience.
Great experience and service from the moment we walked through the door. From the Host being very attentive to getting seated at the table. We had a training server taking care of our table and she was sweet & kind. Always made sure the drinks were full and made sure the table was doing great! The experience was made because of her. I wish I had gotten her name! But thank you and best of luck!
I’m a picky eater and I’m never going back ????.
Okay first of all, the restaurant architecture, bathroom, booths, windows and everything are beautiful. But the lighting is horrid. I tried to take a selfie with my table and my phone thought I was in the dark. I just wouldn’t recommend this lighting for any first impressions or first dates.
Secondly, my party of 3 came in at around 3pm and it seemed pretty slow. There were probably 5 tables in the restaurant total. And the service was lowkey slow.. Our waitress was very respectful and memorized our orders correctly without a pen and paper, which I found impressive. But she didn’t greet us until 10-12 minutes after we were sat, she forgot our straws, whoever was making our floats forgot to, and she in general just seemed stressed. I felt bad for her but also, I mention this because I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you have plans for after eating.
Third of all, my burger tasted bad. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and I finished it because I wasn’t paying for the bill.. but I swear I will never eat there again. My bun was burnt on the inside and the meat had no flavor.. it was a pretty big burger. My group suggested the sour flavor I was getting was from the Swiss cheese- But I’m not sure. The sauce on the burger was great but the burger itself doesn’t even compare to a McDonald’s Big Mac. My fries were crunchy and perfectly salted, but also had that firey burnt flavor that I didn’t like. It felt like 90% crunch and 10% soft potato center. Wouldn’t recommended for picky eaters such as myself.. wasn’t worth the $16
Also this isn’t the restaurant’s responsibility, but chances are: this place is bad luck. The floors are sticky and some girl in the bathroom was getting broken up with.. bad vibes. I’m a very optimistic person and this restaurant made me feel so hateful
I have eaten here a good handful of times Togo and dine in. Usually everything is great no issues. But today I got Togo and go the tri tip steak that I usually get and it was very chewy and dry. And I got a loaded potato and there was no cheese. Just kinda bummed out my food was not up to its usual standards.
Went here to catch up with an old friend. I had the parmesan crusted chicken, which is always my go to! The black cherry soda is delicious every time. I love the lighting to set the mood and the servers are always so kind.
