A truly hidden gem just off the strip. The meatballs are the best I have ever had in my life. I was not expecting to be blown away by a meatball.
My wife had steak and lobster and I went with the 24 oz bone-in ribeye special. Everything was cooked perfectly.
Will be back for sure to try more.
This was exactly what we wanted it to be! A magical evening, with simply scrumptious food, and the most attentive service imaginable. Where to begin? Kevin, AKA "Chocolate Thunder" took care of us and felt like an old family friend by the time we left. He even brought Chef Frankie Orantes out to meet us, so we could gush in person about his amazing meal. We are self-proclaimed Carpaccio experts, and he blew us away with adding FRIED capers to the dish. The fresh bread and oil for dipping was wonderful. Our mains were a perfectly cooked filet and an outrageously tender and flavorful braised short rib. At the end, Kevin even produced a marrow spoon so my husband could dig out the goodness.
We were far too stuffed to sample dessert, but Kevin Bright us 2 Limoncellos (that were clearly homemade) as a digestif. The entire experience was exactly that, an experience, and we could not be more grateful to the restaurant and our hosts.
Do yourself the favor of experiencing it for yourself.
My wife and I had wonderful meals twice at Bistecca this past weekend. I had the pork chop on Saturday and the New York Strip on Sunday. Both were superb. the atmosphere was great and staff attentive. We no longer partake in alcoholic beverages so we enjoyed a couple marvelous mocktails. So appreciated that as an option. We stayed at Tuscany and so it was convenient as well. Just wanted to thank Bistecca, the chefs AND the wait staff for a two great meals and helping make this one of our best vacations ever.
We went to see the Rat pack on Christmas day and bought the dinner package. The show was awesome. I was extremely disappointed with dinner. Service was extremely slow. It was not very busy when we arrived at 5. We didn't get our drinks till after our salads came. The menu online isn't correct. You had a limited menu. We ordered chicken marsala and spaghetti and meatballs. The marsala was oddly very sweet, and the meatball was extremely salty. We ordered 2 cocktails with our desert, and both didn't come for about 15 min after the desert came. It was an Irish coffee and a white Russian. The white Russian was horrible, just milk and vodka. A white Russian is usually made with vodka and Kahlúa and topped with heavy cream. This was not. They didn't charge us for the drink because we didn't get it until we were ready to leave. I definitely wouldn't go back. If you do go, just go with the steak. Usually, you can't go wrong with steak.
Came here as part of the rat pack his back show. The menu did not disappoint. Cocktails were fantastic. Kevin was fantastic. I’m sure the show is going to be as entertaining as I expected.
Would highly recommend. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Quiet atmosphere added to the enjoyable experience. Our server, Kevin, was a delight!
As always Tuscany Suites is the best place to stay in Vegas. Clean, well kept, nice pool. Near everything, a view of the Sphere, some great dining and libations. They'll be getting live table games back soon we learned. The fish tacos at 365 were really good. Five stars all around.
What used to be Tuscany Garden... same fantastic food, and the service is top notch...ask for chocolate thunder (server) he will keep you laughing and having a good time all night
