Food was AMAZING!!! Catfish breakfast with grits & eggs along with the F Biscuit with chicken! Delicious!! Service was great!! Megan was so kind and we felt like we were with family! She was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying the meal! Will definitely come back!
Absolutely incredible food! They make the food from scratch for every order, and are smart business people who know the value of cooking for the numbers they expect. Show up early, because they do turn away folks when they are running out of food and time to feed those who are there.
The people who have complained about being turned away should have more respect for a small family run business trying to make smart business decisions.
Very unique stuffed waffles, stuffed French toast, amazing hashes and different versions of biscuits and gravy. You MUST get a biscuit and would highly recommend asking for some of their homemade jam. In fact, buy a jar to take home like we did!
We were visiting from Houston and so glad we found this place. If you like food, you will be happy you found it as well!
The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. We even got a little bit of Louisiana history from one of the waiters. We went during rush-hour so we had to wait a little bit but the wait was worth it! We will definitely come here every time we are visiting in Lake Charles.
Don’t let the outside appearance scare you away. This place has some of the best food you’ll ever taste. My friend and I took our wives the morning after Valentine’s Day’s on my wife’s recommendation. We pulled up, saw the place and almost left….glad we didn’t. This is literally THE SPOT now, anytime we’re in Lake Charles for any amount of time we are going there to eat.
Out of this world Breakfast. The food was amazing, service excellent, hometown atmosphere. Met the chef/owner, really friendly people. Just a little bit off I10 in Lake Charles but definitely worth the stop. Loads of choices not just breakfast. Highly recommend this place.. definitely will be back.
Always excellent food and service is the best even when they are busy. Food is made to order so if you are trying to hurry go to McDonald’s. A lot of love and pride goes into the food and you can definitely tell!
This place was recommended to us and it definitely delivered. The grits we so good and buttery. The catfish was so good and flaky. The sloppy hash was EVERYTHING. It is a super small place with 7 tables, so definitely get there early and be prepared to wait for a table. It is worth it!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Biscuits and Jamz with my sister for a Saturday morning breakfast. The service was truly excellent and the food melted in our mouths. Biscuits and Jamz is a great breakfast spot that I would highly recommend.
