Some of best Birria that I've had. I've been here several times and I didn't even know that it was goat. NOT GAMEY at all. I thought I was eating beef the whole time. It's delicious and I will keep coming back.. The other thing I love about it is the hand made tortillas. It's cash only socome prepared and incase you don't they have an ATM on the property. It's a small cozy spot so there might be a wait but it's worth it. This is definitely Mexican comfort food at it's best!
Been coming here for nearly 40 yrs..38 to be exact.My buddy turned me on to this place back in 86 and I've been hooked since! Always the same awesome birria..they are very consistent and the service is always good.They do get very busy so be patient cuz its worth it! I come from Apple Valley and look forward to stopping in anytime im in the area.Brought many friends and family here and they all love it!!!Brought mom here as we were coming from Riverside(Funeral)Mom loves this place.Its been 7 yrs since she's been here!!

This is not a critique but a suggestion for the owner. The meat and broth were tasteless as if you kept putting water in the pot while reheating it. I believe that if food is tasted before selling it would improve your already high clientele.
Guy next table said: “Está madre no tiene sabor”. It wasn’t only me that thought of the same.
Great tasting birria very tender and tasty. And the salsa is very spicy just how I love it. Tortillas are hechas a mano which means homemade so bomb I recommend this great place they attend you fast. ????
First of all we got there almost a closing time and the staff arranged for us to be seated and served allway swith a smile.
I thank them for putting up with me and my family. And like allways food was so comforting and delicious.
By the way this was Saturday December 30th (how about ending the year) with this delicious food .
I hope the staff at Birrierias Guadalajara have a excellent New Year happy 2024.
Their food is amazing! And for this place not being a fast food place, they sure serve their food fast!
Don’t miss their birria and - speaking from personal experience- order some quesadillas as well and put some of the meat inside. Eat your lunch here, you won’t regret it
