My experience at this braiding salon was extremely disappointing. My appointment was on April 14th at 11 am, however, I didn’t start my service until 11:45 am. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unpleasant, and the owner's attitude was rude. The braider frequently stopped to eat while braiding my hair, and also made rude comments like, “Long braids take time or you should’ve came another day.” To make matters worse, the owner demanded payment before the service was even completed. She initially quoted me $230 for the service but later charged me $250. Then she threw the money on her dresser and said “This is enough, I need more, I need to go pay something.” It was 11:15 pm and she wouldn’t let me leave until she was paid. My boyfriend had to drive over 30 minutes to bring me the 20 extra dollars so I could leave. Overall, this was the worst braiding experience I've had, and I live in Atlanta to know bad service lol. I would not recommend this salon to anybody.
The owner was professional and friendly and I love my hair
Very bad customer service. Called one day to make appt. was confirmed to come the next day at 4pm for 5 large braids price $60 . I was asked at that time to call back in the am. I called back day of appointment they had no records that i called or my name and i changed my whole schedule to get my hair done. I would RECOMMEND you confirm anything before you get off the phone with them. Please ask for the name of the person you are talking too and write the time down. I dont like to be called a lie very poor buisness ethics.
VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & NASTY! THE OWNER AND HER YOUNGEST DAUGHTER HAVE VERY NASTY ATTITUDES! SHE DID NOT WEAR A MASK AND COUGHED ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES. I PAID $180 FOR A HAIRSTYLE THAT I DID NOT LIKE AND THEY RUFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY OF MY MONEY BACK OR A DISCOUNTED SERVICE . HORRIBLE I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
The mother work is sloppy and attitude is very unprofessional they will always remain as a corner store shop. They are very nasty. The baby was playing in a box and smelled like poop. The older boy no older than 4 was left to care 4 him while the women braided hair. The kids were eating off the floor and did not have a proper meal the 5 hours that I was in the salon. This is a joke of a place that needs to be shut down.
Good work but move way to slow
Took my friends there after she base an appointment to get her some goddess braids. She was very satisfied with it and the the beautician was awesome as well.
The lady that did my hair very nice and does great work.
