I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted. This is not new. I’m this way when it comes to eating out. We had a great server Ginger who was absolutely great at her job. She suggested the southwestern omelette and it was great. Wife’s very picky and even she was loving the food. Ginger went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and constantly came to check in us. Thanks ginger!! Great place to bring your family.
A wonderful diner to grab an early morning breakfast.
I must say this place is a hidden gem here in Wolcott. It looks very small from the outside however the friendliness and atmosphere is grand inside.
The staff is really kind and extremely wonderful to talk to.
The food is really good and fulfilling. The breakfast portions are just right, even the kids eat all there food and are stuffed. Now we've only been here for breakfast but I am sure the eating experience anytime of the the day is equally impressive.
If you even want to go out and get a good honest meal. Stop in and take a seat. You won't regret it.
Cute little diner with quick service and friendly faces! Affordable and good food! Eggs benny had home-made hollandaise and the coffee was strong!
What a lovely diner. It has that homey feel right when you walk in the door. The servers are great, funny, and make you feel like you're welcome. Even got me to find a way to like coffee!
The food was fantastic. Came out quick, it was hot, and was homemade with care.
If you're ever in Wolcott, looking for a place to stop for breakfast/brunch, I would 100% recommend stopping in.
Bill & Sam's Diner in Wolcott celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020 serving breakfast all day and lunch to many local area customers who frequent this long-standing modest establishment. A painted mural on a main wall shows the Wolcott green with its town hall, monument and bridge running over the Mad River. It also displays the town seal in the center, as do the booths table surfaces where the edges have a good twenty devoted local businesses decals who as sponsors keep their advertisements there for two years.
Sitting at the counter for a quick breakfast sandwich, my partner really enjoyed his sausage and cheese sandwich on a fresh roll with coffee before a recent nearby appointment.
We grabbed lunch here the other day and I can see why everyone likes to come here. My partner had the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich which came on a grilled roll with a moist crispy piece of fried chicken, melted cheese and plenty of warmed ham.
Really succulent. I had the 1/4 lb. cheeseburger medium rare with lettuce and tomato. Juicy, pink and hot off the grill. Both came with fries and coleslaw.
Eggs here come with home fries, toast and coffee or tea until 11:30AM. The diner closes at 2PM except for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays when they close an hour later at 3PM. Take Out is available and with warm weather here, there are some outdoor seating with tables and umbrellas set up out front. Friendly staff.
We eat here at least twice a week! Always great! Today's Special Corned Beef Sandwich was the best I have ever had!
Never disappointed service is always sweet and friendly... food always served hot... boyfriend a creature of habitat.. western omelet no cheese on top of corn beef hash (so it stays warm for entire meal) home fries and rye toast..
Coffee of course... and lets not for get the franks hot sauce....
I must admit that its yummy... still i love my texas pete....
I on the other hand like to try something different...
This time was a sausage and onion omelet, home fries and Italian toast....
Water with lemon pulp...
