Bill Ball Moving Service provided exceptional service. We hired them to move Security Finance. The movers went above and beyond helping us get everything in place so we could open the next day. I highly recommend using Bill Ball Moving Service. They are extremely responsive, carefully with your precious cargo, and fast.

Do not use Bill Ball. Worst move ever. It took them a total of 15 hours ($2,100.00) to move a 1,200 sq ft condo. The movers were very friendly but slow but not very efficient.

I had an issue with my storage until so there was approximately 1½ hours that they did not work. We weren’t able to unload the same day so they came back a 2nd day (9 hrs day one, 5 hours day two). I felt bad so I tipped the three movers $50 each in addition to buying them lunch, dinner, and snacks (this was before I found out my total).

When Mr. Ball was contacted regarding the price, he immediately began yelling and never gave the opportunity to talk. During his “yelling”, he made a comment that I must have been happy with the service because I tipped them. I tipped them out of respect, not efficiency.

Absolutely horrible movers! If you want your furniture broke and men cussing around your children this is where to go. I never received an apology just the owner screaming and defending his lazy workers. One man stays on the truck to fold blankets, my family had to unload the truck just to get them out of there. Poor excuse for a professional business.

After reading multiple reviews of Bill Ball Moving services, we decided that it was truly a hit or miss. The reviews were either 5 or 1 star. However we feel this little service deserved a steady 3.5 stars. Pros: They fit more than we expected in the truck (we expected 2 trips ) they Got everything loaded fairly quickly with minimal breaks if not any.

They Did everything we asked them to do (did hear one complaint from someone who didn’t realize we were there) and were very good at utilizing available storage space in units. This was the main selling point. They did fantastic with this.

Cons:

Arrived slightly later than what should have been expected (suspects personal stops, gas, breakfast ect) and counted their commute time as an hour and 20 minutes when the commute is 50 minutes flat and charged us for this.

Crew as a whole seemed to be slightly introverted , however, if you initiate conversation all were friendly, nothing you wouldn’t expect out of the average moving crew.

Towards the end, we noticed the crews work pace slowed as the day progressed. The truck was loaded very quickly but seemed to be unloaded rather slowly. This could be due to fatigue or money, but the way they organized the storage unit made up for some of the slow pace.

We had a slight miscommunication ($8 an hour difference) on pricing. Be sure you confirm your pricing multiple times and document it. Overall, a good company we would use again if we were in dire need. Thanks Bill Ball Movers!

The movers did a great job with a somewhat complicated move we had. God bless them for doing a job that lots of us hate doing ourselves. Very thankful!

They are worthless trash that deserve to be put behind bars and stripped off all there rights. They did a very poor job of what they did do left furniture outside that was soaked and ruined by a storm. Then not only did the leave stuff outside they didn't even come back to get another load they just never showed back up.

Had Bill Ball movers back years ago when there was no computers to leave a review. Now moving and saw that I could leave a review. The reviews that I have read brings back the worst experience that my husband and I have ever had from a moving company. After 15 years they have not gotten any better. Same “MO” one guy could not lift and ask if we had any Advil and he had not been at our house for more than 30 seconds. The whole time the only thing this guy lifted was pillows. Bill Ball sat in his truck in front of my home the whole day and never helped, just watched and closed his eyes like he was sleeping. Bill Ball did not offer them any water or let them have a lunch break as he sat in his truck drinking water and eating lunch. We offered them water and ice and went and got them something to eat. Then after about 8 hours of moving, should not have been that long because we did not have a lot of furniture. We had already moved a lot of our stuff to the house. We went to the house were we were moving into and they broke a table top, damage my wall going up the front stairs, and chipped a piece of wood out of my coffee table. Did not notice the furniture damage until later and the guys said they would fix the wall. We called Bill Ball up and tried to talk to him about fixing the wall and furniture items and he used terrible language and then in the next breath started preaching the Bible. He is a very ugly person and I would never recommend him to move a pair of shoes for anyone. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”.

They moved us after business hours. Great group of guys. Got us moved in a very timely manner. Was careful with all of our items. Very nice guys. Very helpful.
