Called the insurance company for a tow and they sent a message saying Big Son’s Towing will be here in 90 min. Called Big Son’s to see the exact time and he said an hour or 1 1/2 hours. My car was suppose to be at the dealership by a certain time. Three hours later and he’s still not here and won’t even answer the phone. Worse customer service. I DO NOT recommend them unless you are willing to wait hours for a tow. Highly unsatisfied! If you are unequipped to provide the service, you should not take on the job or tell the customer the real time you will be there so they can decide if they would like to wait for your slow company. Pass on it so the next company can come. I had to cancel them and start the procedure of getting an another company to come out and please don’t respond with your unprofessionalism like you did with another customer.

Big Sons towing is excellent in responding and very affordable. Take great care of my Mercedes Benz using flat bed truck. I used them a few times and will do so every time.

Big Sons was selected as the provider through USAA/Agero for a 3 mile tow, around 4p, on MD210S, after waiting for almost an hour for a provider to be assigned. The estimated time of service was "60-90 minutes". At 8p I was still waiting for the driver to arrive.

5:30p: I called Big Sons and asked for an eta, I was told the driver was coming from Prince Fredrick Co. and that it would be a while, perhaps another 45min.

6:30p: Called again, this time the dispatcher seemed annoyed because he "already told me the driver was coming from Prince Fredrick", not sure what that has to do with me, since they have my location and if they knew it was IMPOSSIBLE to arrive in a timely manner during rush hour, why take the job? I was told the driver was 20 minutes out at this point.

7:00p: My husband called and asked for an update, he was told the driver was "pulling up".

The driver never showed and at 8p, another tow company stopped to ask if I needed help, since I was still waiting on the side of MD210 4+ hours later (not the safest place to be stranded, no one adheres to driving laws and it was pitch dark by then).

Don't take jobs you cannot fulfill. When your time calculations don't add up, perhaps learn some tact... or be honest!

What an awesome experience, Kenny was very knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable. The work was completed in a timely manner and no work was started until after the professionally prepared invoice and all repairs were explained to me in full. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Thank you Big Sons for your quick and professional service! We were left stranded by AAA for more than five hours but you didn't hesitate to take care of us after your long day with a smile and I'll take care of you attitude. We appreciate you.

Call Big Sons and made an appointment for towing service. Agreed on $255.00 and he’d be at pick address on Friday 4pm. I explain to him the dealership I was towing to was expecting the vehicle before closing at 8pm. 39 mile from Waldorf he told me everything was set. 4:30pm I called them about the service. He said he was completing a job near by I’m his next stop. He Texted me at 7:52pm saying he was on his way. I declined service. He Texted me again at 02:20AM Saturday morning to say he was available to come to the pick up address at 06:30am to get the vehicle. Saturday morning I was hanging out so I texted that I’d meet him at the address at 06:30am. Texted I’m at 06:30 saying I was at the address call me when he is close. I called this guy 7 times between 06:45am to 08:00am no answer.

Unprofessional service and a very lackadaisical attitude about business and other ppls time. Do yourself a favor and bypass. Big Sons it’s just not worth the aggravation.

Got the vehicle towed by one of his competitors on Sunday. Called Sunday morning at 10am they dispatched a driver in 30 minutes. Vehicle was picked up and departed location by 11am. $250.00 Business reviews matter on google. Please believe me. Hope this helps

Came to big Sons towing to get some work done to my madza truck and the guys there did a wonderful job and i recommend if you have and car or truck issues to give them a call 7 days a week you wont regret it.
