I had driven by this place ap lot and finally decided to go in. I actually thought that it was mainly a bar that probably sold a handful of bar food items. I was surprised to find that it is mainly a restaurant that just has a pretty good sized bar. We shared a bunch of appetizers and the most outstanding feature was the bacon that they use on their potato skins. The only disappointing thing was that their blue cheese dip for the wings was bland and thin but the Buffalo wings themselves were excellent!
If you have ever seen this place and wondered about it, don't put it off any longer. It is equally good for adult sport fans who want to get their drink on while watching the game or for families that want to have a casual meal. The quality of the food exceeds the moderate pricing.
This is chill bar with good bar food. The Big Louie burger is good! The happy hour pricing is excellent! Not overly crowded and the staff is incredible. The vibe is mature as well as the patrons. Pull tabs and plenty of seating. Big Louies is wallet friendly! Especially during happy hour!
TL;DR: Overall great experience all around. Food and service were great all for a perfectly reasonably price.
Service:
Small lunch crowd so I was concerned service would be really slow, but I was greated, seated, and immediately attended to by a very friendly waitress who would belt out song lyrics in between tables which just made the experience that much better.
Food:
- ordered Skippy Burger which came with Steak Fries . From order to delivery was about 13 minutes, which was great for sneaking away for lunch
- burger came with pickles on the peanut butter instead of on the side so if you don't like pickles like me, make sure to specifically ask for their omission. Lots of peanut butter (as it should be) to go around so I still had an appropriate amount after ridding the burger of the pickle juice. Prepared medium-well and overall excellent.
- steak fries are not my thing but were well prepared, they do have options like chips and would probably go for those next time.
Overall a great experience and I expect I'll be back in the future.
Ate a chipotle chicken sandwich here. It was really good, a lot of food I barely finished and I eat a lot. My date ordered the sirloin steak. It was perfectly done. Service was excellent. Pricing was fair. For a steak dinner, the sandwich with waffle fries, and drinks ~ $50. Great atmosphere too TVs everywhere, seating at the bar and far away from the bar and the noise.
Surprisingly great food! So glad we decided to try this restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and professional. Definitely going to make this a frequent place to eat
Had a Caesar salad and it was drenched with dressing. Lettuce was saturated and dripping. Couldn't eat the thing.
Mackenzie P was a great waitress. My first visit here and the food was great. Looking forward to coming back when the patio is open.
Great food and service! Pulltabs are an added bonus! Good chili and boneless wings!
