wow i am impressed.. i got a double big boy burger and it A BEAST! much better than big macs and double big mac. i also added onion rings to my order and they were excellent
Unfortunately terrible, quite a nice restaurant and very friendly staff, but if you're doing carry out check you order before leaving. We had 2 meals and upon arriving home we were missing bread and salad from one meal and coleslaw and bread from the other and the portions were small, this was our evening meal so those missing items felt quite important. Having gone home to Grand Rapids going back was out of the question, very disappointing.
I would give this a Place a Zero if I could.
Ordered a Southern Omelet with hash browns in the middle, add green onion. They messed it up NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Served me RAW chopped up sausage links IN the Omelet with RAW Onion and Green pepper and sliced cheese with RAW/under cooked hash browns on the side. I told the Manager I ain't eating that. She took it away and Didn't even ask if I wanted anything else.
My Daughter ordered a crispy chicken wrap and first got a GRILLED chicken wrap, She let them know that it was supposed to be crispy, The Manager even came out to make sure it was Crispy. It came out burned. We said we were not paying for that cause she didn't eat it. They never even tried to remedy anything. We were charged $45 dollars for a Turkey Club, biscuits and gravy, (husbands food)3 drinks and Green peppers (added to my Omelet)
THE WORSE PLACE EVER TO EAT AT. I was a COOK at a DIFFERENT Big Boy and would NEVER have sent this FOOD out like this. Left Hungry and The Manager and the Cook were more worried about Flirting and Sociallizing then taking care of Customers and doing THEIR Jobs Correctly!
Great dining experience! Great staff! Marybeth was my server and my food came to me hot and I didn't have to wait too long at all. I had their ???? strawberry waffles and they were delicious ????. I will definitely be dining here in the future. And I WILL be requesting Marybeth too.
Honestly, this is among one of the better Big Boy locations. I always get the soup bar and it is always stocked and freshened up and if anything is needed, the employees work quickly to get things filled and replaced. Wyatt, Leah, Andrea, Emilie, and Joyce are absolutely fantastic and the manager, Mel has done a wonderful job pulling this place out of the ground. If you want a nostalgic Elias Bros experience, I recommend coming here versus other GR locations!
Went in with my family for breakfast. Haven't been to a big boy since my not so great experience at my local one. This one is topnotch. The food was great, the service was awesome, and the food was cooked in a fair amount of time. If im back down that way, I'll return. It's been years since I have been to a big boy. This one restored my faith in the big boy franchise.
We came here to eat and what a horrible experience. The service was less than par. The cook was on her phone the entire time making food. My meal set for over 15 mins by the time I got it, it was cold and the burgers were raw, my son never got his fries. It's safe to say I'll never return to this location as we were traveling. Food expediting is highly important when running a restaurant.
Service was perfect we had a very large group and being Mother’s Day. Mary Beth was Awesome to work with she kept up with everyone’s needs made sure our little ones were taken care of with a fruit bowl. We appreciate the extra touches, she truly was a blessing!
