Had great service today by Jonathan. I apologize that I didn't get the spelling of his name. I went to lunch with my Mom and Jonathan was very pleasant and helpful. We ate there and needed to place an order to go to take home to mu husband. He was so thoughtful and offered to put the order in closer to the end of our lunch so it would be warm for my husband when I brought it home to him which it was :). Jonathan was very polite and pleasant to have as our server. Will definitely be going back :) Thank you for such a great lunch experience Jonathan! :)
I meet my parents here once in a while. We enjoy the food here. Always dependable, staff is always pleasant. My Mother asked our waitress if I could have a toy since it was my birthday...she gave me a Big boy keychain! It was funny because we were there celebrating my 66th birthday. I also got a free dessert ???????? love this place!! Highly recommended!
Me and my daughter loved our food but my husband's fish and chips were in a puddle of grease and tasted old. There was so much food/trash on the floor under tables and around salad bar. Our waitress was awesome though.
Just like I remember when I was a kid and it was called Bob's Big Boy. I had the best cheeseburger in the world (that's what it's called) and it was really good and juicy. Tons of flavor. The fries are still outstanding. Great customer service to top it off.
If you're a truck driver, there's an empty lot across the street with plenty of room to park.
Came here for breakfast with the family and was not super impressed. The buffet looked half empty so I ordered the Country Fried Steak plate. We had a long wait for our food as the place was pretty full. The steak came out very very dry and hard. It was either refried or the cook forgot it in the fryer. Hard and dry, not appetizing. Hash browns were undercooked so they were still a bit crunchy. Service was good.
Always good food, haven't been there in a few. Was always my mom's favorite. Nice comfort foods.
Service was great, food not so much. I definitely won't be going back unless I have no other choices.
We love eating at Big Boy, St. Johns, MI. Their food is always fresh. Great prices and friendly staff. Our granddaughter likes Big Boy and the claw machine with her Poppi ❤️
