I was traveling west on I-96 pulling my empty utility trailer behind my SUV. Looked in my mirror and saw sparks and smoke lol. A structural weld had broken and I was stranded and used a rachet strap to limp myself into town. I spotted the 67' chevelle initially at this business under construction and thought if these guys can restore that car they can definitely get me welded back up. A short hand shake later and a very fair price they had me back on the road within minutes. Thanks fam! Highly recommend this business
The owner was so personable and helpful when I brought my Jeep in to have some damage repaired. Great pricing and a family environment. Told me what needed to be fixed and what wasn’t necessary. I would definitely return here.
This is the second time I used Bieri Auto Body for collision repair. On both occasions Joel and his team dealt with my repair with exemplary professionalism. He was proactive in informing me of the cost and gave regular updates on the status of the repair. The quality of work was excellent, completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Bieri Auto Body for your repair needs.
Both managers (Joel and Chris) I came in contact with were both informative and willing to help. The owner Chris was great as well in making sure that our repairs came out looking as they did when the car was new. I have had my truck and wife's suv repaired there now multiple times. Can't say enough good things about their customer care.
Joel was mean. Tonneau Cover on my truck was damaged badly during accident. He refuses to fix it when my insurance company was going to pay for a new one. Also, the paint on my tailgate was peeling off they repainted it the wrong color. We took it back to get repainted again. They did. When we got it back it was the wrong color again and it looked terrible. I recommend never going here as I have learned my lesson the hard way. I don’t wish the same for you. Joel may seem nice but he isn’t.
Absolutely honorably place to bring your vehicle to! Never go here. I was in a car accident and had my car brought to Bieri Auto to get repaired, it didn't only take 2 months to get it back but it was repaired wrong as well. A few of the many things that they did wrong, one was when I got it home the engine had overheated so i opened the hood only to find that they did not put ANY coolant in the radiator that had replaced from the accident. Two the headlights were not adjusted when they were replaced so the first night driving I did they beams of light were pointed in off directions. the d riverside light pointed almost directly down as the passenger side headlight was far to the right. Three was very scary to me, the replaced an important bolt on the chassis of the vehicle because they over tightened the original one and broke it... BUT the bolt they broke was a grade 9 bolt and they didn't have one of those so they replaced it with a grade 6 bolt, which a grade 6 bolt is WEAKER then the grade 9 bolt so a few days later i had brought it into the dealership to have them fix something else that wasn't right. and they saw the bolt and warned me that it was bending and had a very high chance of breaking off. Right then I decided to never trust Bieri Auto again because they improperly fixed my car and put me in danger. Even to this day, about 4 or 5 months later after my accident I am constantly bringing my vehicle into the dealerships garage to have them fix things that Bieri auto didn't fix or couldn't fix, making me spend thousands more in repairs and a lot of lost time as well. Find a different garage to take your vehicle to, Bieri auto is not worth the headache.
Stopped in to ask for advice about someone else's bungled job with touch-up paint on my car. Thought I was going to make an appointment and negotiate a price, but he just took care of it on the spot and didn't even charge me. Bieri consistently goes The Extra Mile to provide customer satisfaction! I should have gone to HIM in the first place! Next time, for sure I will!
