I have ordered the Good Burger three times now. EVERY TIME they make it with pickles and no onions. The ingredients list is tomato, lettuce, cheese, one all beef patty, special sauce, onion.
This last time I specifically said NO PICKLES.
IT STILL HAD PICKLES AND NO ONION. Allegedly the onion is in the lettuce, but for raw onion they use red onion? Clearly there’s no red onion there.
Wow x2!! I had the 5 Alarm burger and it was very tasty. Great flavor but not overwhelmingly spicy. The burger was well-prepared, fresh, hot and juicy! I also had the garlic fries and those were fresh with good flavor. The person that took my order (might have been Bianca herself) was very helpful as it was my first time here (definitely not the last). I made it a double burger ($2 extra) and it was very filling. I think I'll try the Po Boy next time.
2/1/24 update. I had the crawfish po boy. Absolutely delicious!! Good flavor with a little tang to the sauce. Portion is generous. Only comment is that there was SO MUCH crawfish that some would fall out when I took a bite. Somehow I don't think you'll mind.
Visited during lunch hour, and the wait was not bad at all. I got the Bianca burger, which was a big portion. The grilled onions added good flavor. The burger overall was great. Garlic fries were crispy and well done. The garlic and cotija cheese was lacking though. Would come again for a quick lunch
We had an amazing dinner in Bianca’s Burgers! The staff was super nice and attentive, and the food was also pretty amazing! We enjoyed burgers, sweet potato chips and onion rings (very crunchy). When we asked for some water, the even gave us ice tea for free - what a pleasant surprise for a Friday night! 5 alarms burger is a bit spicy, but it’s definitely delicious. The Bianca burger is pretty also with caramelized onions. Recommended to people nearby!
I don't know if this is the best burger in Chicago, but it's definitely one of the best I've ever had in my life. The sweet potato fries were perfect, too. I wish this place was open on the weekends, though, as I live in the outermost suburbs and it's difficult for me to visit the city during the week.
Bianca's treated me like a king. I asked the owner what her favorite burger was (caramelized onion/bacon/bleu) and went with that. Fantastic. She gave me a few onion rings and they were so perfectly crunchy and delicious. Bbq on the side for dippin' & dunkin' tipped it over the top for flavor. Truly top tier quality service and food, I'll be back for sure. They cook the burger to well (I typically prefer med-rare) but it's a thin patty and very juicy, so I had no problem with that. Named after the owner's daughter, which scores double points for extra cuteness. ????????
Had their dipped Chicago which was alright so tried the phili cheesesteak and not very good. Would stick with local stuff and leave phili alone
Like, YEAH Bianca, I get it girl. Y’all can COOK!! The layers of flavors, omg. We ordered the Memory Burger , The Chop Cheese, some fries, cheese curds, and lemonade. (Bless y’all for seeing the mods, No onion!) The burgers were phenomenal, the best burger in Chicago at this price point. Get the Aioli with the fries, this place does it right for my sauce girls. The peppery pale orange sauce is great, could ask for slightly more thousand island on the memory burger, slightly less mustard on the Chop Cheese. 10 stars, we will happily order again.Great customer service, they called us directly when seamless messed up and canceled our order by saying the restaurant was closed at 4:30.I’m so glad she called! We got to reorder and the food arrived quickly.
Edit/update: Second time, My wife says this is the best chop cheese in all of Chicago. (Take note Cardi B, you won’t be disappointed girl!) Their burgers are outstanding in general, we haven’t been able to get off the burgers list to try any other food yet- but make no mistake: Bianca has the FLAVOR. Fabulous service, excellent fries. I wish they had a crunchy cookie for desert, or a malt? Maybe old timey candy… the Memory burger has me feeling nostalgic. Will Bianca’s get a brunch menu? We hope so, I bet her crab cake benedict would be a religious experience.
